Had an appointment to get locks rekeyed at my rental. Took off work to wait for it to be done. No show for 45 minutes and their voice mailbox was full so nobody could take my call. Once I finally got them on the phone they came quickly and did the work. Not fantastic.

Had office lock rekeyed by Novato Lock and with in a couple days the key started getting stuck in the lock, so i called Novato Lock and spoke to the guy that rekeyed the lock. The person I spoke with said he would be back that day or the next to repair the lock...the guy never showed up and now every time I call him, i get the voicemail...I've called 4 times. Looked up on you tube how to fix issue and fixed it myself...2 screws on the back of the cylinder were left loose. Thanks YouTube!...I will never use Novato lock again.

Broke my car key off in the ignition. Managed to get it out in hopes of getting another key made. I hear these guys at Novato Lock are the best, so I went. Unfortunately, theyre closed at 12:30 on Thursday. No hours of operation posted on the windows or online, and no one answered the phone. But they are hiring!

This guy is great. Prompt, efficient, competent, friendly & reasonable...and a Red Sox fan! What's not to like? He also bailed me out of bad situation since my wife just got hospitalized. Awesome.

Called when I was in crisis having locked the keys in the car when they answered the phone I said hi, is there anyone available in Novato to help me? I locked my keys in the car and he just mumbled something then abruptly hung up the phone !!!! A-holes...

I locked my keys in my car, called Novato Lock, and they were there in 20 minutes, as promised. Got the car unlocked in a few minutes and I was happily on my way.
