I locked both my keys & in my car at the car wash. Daniel answered the call right away & was incredibly professional. He gathered the necessary information and gave me an incredibly reasonable estimate & timeframe. Daniel was prompt (probably came in under his time estimation) & was professional and personable upon arrival to help. My car was unlocked in matter of minutes & he took the extra steps to safeguard safety (he was wearing a mask & gloves) and made sure to ask for verifying information to make sure the vehicle was mine. He accepted card & the transaction was incredibly easy! Daniel was incredibly helpful, speedy, & professional / personable. I asked for his card and will continue to give him a call/business/referrals should the need every arise again. Thank you! 5/5!

If youre ever in need of a locksmith, I highly recommend Daniel. He is quick, reasonably priced, and very professional. I called him on a Wednesday night (9pm) and he did not hesitate to come and change my locks. He also showed up in 10-15 minutes. He deserves more than 5 stars.

Daniel is so professional and fast. I found him through a google search earlier this week when I got locked out of my house. I called him and he arrived within 15 minutes. It took him less than 3 minutes to get the door open. I found myself needing his services only 2 days later when my car was broken into and my house keys were taken. He came to change all of the locks on my house and gave me a very affordable and fair price. He even gave me 4 sets of keys at no extra cost. He did all of this in about 15-20 minutes with minimal disruption to my day. His service is great and precise. Yesterday I got a last minute request from my boss about needing a locksmith for getting a door open. I found Daniel here, and saw all of his reviews, so I gave him a ring. He picked up right away, and was available on the same day. He was then very responsive with texts and arrived early to help me. Upon checking the door with me, IT WAS ALREADY SOMEHOW UNLOCKED!!! Did not bother to answer the call nor reply to the chat his site offered after the call was not taken. The chat kept popping up for 2 days but he never wrote on it. Strange system.Dear sir, I wouldn't have rushed to make this review but in my continued search for a locksmith, your name kept popping up. I didn't know how your system worked and figured if you offered a text chat system for a missed call (I presumed in lieu of leaving a voicemail), that you would know how to operate it. My situation remains unresolved so ..... the issue remains on my mind.Maybe instead of being so concerned with your star reviews, your response to my review could have been, 'Could I still be of assistance?'

Just needed to get 2 locks rekeyed. Daniel was very fast with the job, offered the best price out of the other locksmiths I called, and even gave 4 key copies as well! He gave me his business card, but that was hardly necessary as I saved his contact information since he will definitely be the locksmith I call the next time I need one. CALL THIS GUY FIRST IF YOU LOCK YOURSELF OUT OF YOUR CAR IN OAKLAND! His prices are the cheapest, he's super quick, and very friendly. He even helped me make sure I could get reimbursed with my insurance. I called about 10 other locksmiths in the area and their prices were all $50+ more and they told me there was a two hour wait.
