Honestly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a locksmith. Was locked outside of my car. When I called the lock smith technician told me he would be there in 15- 30mins. Which okay that's fine, I can wait it out. 45mins go by and no one shows up. Call the technician back he said he is 5mins away. 15mins more go by and still no one. So I call the dispatcher and she tells me she is going to call the technician and have him call me so we can see if he is still coming. 20 more minutes go by and still no one shows up or a phone call. Call the dispatcher again and she tells me the same thing she said 20mins prior. After the phone call I finally hear back from the technician(same guy from earlier) and he says he's going to there in 10mins. So finally after almost 2hrs of waiting and playing phone tag he shows up obviously high. Takes 2 seconds to unlock my and I get charged $150. Terrible service and way overpriced.
