Really a great example of why we as customers need to support and promote small businesses. I had a really odd situation where the key stuck in my ignition because it so worn out, so i had to remove the entire ignition part of the steering column. Not only did RBM remove the stuck and badly worn out key, he was able to create a new a new key by eye, and get the proper key code from the car company because the manufacturer database recognized the shape he created.Now it all works perfectly. Your not going to get this skill level at Home Depot or Lowe's. Once again please support local business, you won't regret it.

RBM Lock are the best. I had bought a new ignition for one of our Ford work trucks and I had no idea what I got myself into. So I brought it in to have the OEM key setup for this lock cylinder so I didn't have to rekey the whole truck, they handled it with no issues.

I found this place accidentally by driving by. Now I go out of my way when I need keys made or even when I need my remotes to my vehicle programmed. They charge $10 per remote. These gentlemen, are very professional I very knowledgeable. Make sure you get there a little bit before 5 if you need Services(keys made), they like to leave right on the dot. And if they can't do something they may refer you to someone who can. Prices are reasonable. Thanks RBM! FYI they give you a small discount on the spot when you use cash. I think it's 5% off. I've taken advantage of that a few times and I've saved a few dollars.

I was having difficulty with a security device, found and contacted RBM and spoke with Randy. He suggested I bring the item in after explaining my concerns, providing a very reasonable estimate and asked me to leave the item for diagnosis. Randy contacted me the very next morning having resolved my device issue. When I arrived, Randy personally delivered my device, taking time to thoroughly review his findings and resolving my issue. I was extremely pleased and impressed with Randys knowledge and professionalism in this entire matter. This place is great because I had a difficult key I needed copied which 4 other places could not help me with. I brought it to RBM and even though he did not have the proper key to duplicate mine, Randy took the time to hand craft a copy from a different key. They are very reasonably priced. I had another issue with a lock that I needed a key to be made from scratch. I was quoted from another company for 85 dollars. RBM made one for me for 12 bucks. I will continue to use RBM for all my lock and key issues. You should too.
