Wow! Was quoted $29 service call and $25/lock to re-key the tumblers. Instead, they charged me $775 and replaced 3 tumblers, 1 interior door handle and to open 2 shop doors. Whole thing took about an 1 hour. You definitely want to confirm the prices when they arrive and before they perform any work.

These guys are pretty darn solid. I needed three glass patio sliding doors rekeyed. In my opinion they were more than fair and they were great to deal with. Would definitely recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

Absolutely the worst locksmith I have dealt with. I asked to have a one lock re-keyd. I asked repeatedly for a quote and their technician just said 'I have to look at it first' They dissembled the lock, ruined the mechanism inside (It was working perfectly before they opened it up to re-key it) put it back together poorly so now nothing fits right and the whole assembly wiggles around and is loose, and made two gigantic keys. What was the price for all of this? 350$! the technician called his manager who then yelled at me over the phone that the 'lock was already broken' and to 'never call us again' Don't worry I won't. Steer clear of this company use any other locksmith but not these guys.
