Had a Tivo go out...and Victor came that afternoon. Quick analysis and took the machine back to his shop. Had it back next day, but it wouldn't connect with internet, So back to the shop again and back over night to us again--fixed. (He found more than just a sick hard drive. Very pleasant and impressive craftsman. He provided the kind of service - and value - you always hope to get. I'd give him 6 stars if they had 'em!

Victor is a wonderful man and electronics repair guru! This family business does a great job of diagnosing and finding the most efficient way to solve your TV repair problems. I had a Vizio TV that is now 'out of warranty', that Victor was able to fix diagnose, order a part, and fix within a week. Ill be going back for help in the future!!

My Samsung LCD TV from 2008 stopped working after a bunch of clicking noises. Looked online and found out that it could be the power supply motherboard. Called Best One and Victor came over and replaced the mb in jiffy. Prompt service, good prices. Would go back to him if TVs fail in the future
