I came here because I needed to have get duplicate keys for my front door of my apartment. There is one guy that works there who I believe is the owner. He was very helpful and friendly. It have a lot of locks and keys and they even sell safes inside the small store.

Went to get a medeco key copied at a keyme kiosk and it was delivered in about 4 days because the key was considered special order. Upon getting the key it did not work and noticed the spacing was off. Went to Good Lock & Key to get a copy and they offered to fix the one from keyme free of charge. I was in and out withing 10 mins. Great customer service and very friendly. Price was cheaper than keyme as well. Will be going there for all my locksmith and key needs.

This review is long overdue, but I just realized today that I owed it to the awesome owner of the shop, Ali, to leave this review for them. The thing is, my car key got stuck in the ignition a few months back, and I towed the car to the mechanic. I asked around and was told that it would cost me a few hundred bucks ($400-500) to fix the ignition (replace it). So very frustrated, as a last shot, I randomly called the locksmith that was nearest to the mechanic shop where my car was parked, and Ali and his colleagues arrived at the location within 10 minutes, and fixed the issue in less than a minute. What could have cost me $500 in a couple of days was fixed for 20-30 bucks in less than a minute. So you can imagine how happy I was that I did not rely on the advice of those mechanics, and was fortunate enough that I found this shop. Ali and his colleague were both very professional, kind, and knowledgable, and could fix the issue very fast. So I will be bringing my business to them in future, and am so proud to give them my highest recommendation.

These guys are great! I had to re-key my entire house. I called and they met me 30 minutes later. It turned out to be a big job - had to replace several old rickety lock sets, so they were busy for a while. The locks look great, all doors close tightly, and I have consolidated from the many keys I used to carry around. I highly recommend them.

Should have been no stars. That guy cut my car key. Not working and still charged me partial labor for not working key cut. He didnt cut the key well as I told him to chamfer or round the tip angle. I did not get a blank key replacement. He almost made my door lock broken. My original key even have hard time in and out. Upset with this kind of service. Please go to dealership for worth service and decent service.
