I had issues with a lock box on my vacation rental right the day I was supposed to have my baby, and I had guests checking in that evening. I looked up a video on YouTube to try to fix it to no avail. I called Wayne's locksmith and explained my issue, Tony knew exactly what was wrong and recommended re programming the code. I told him I would normally take care of this myself but was having a baby that evening and he told be verbatim, 'give me the address and code you want it to be and I will take care if it for you. You just focus on your needs and that baby'.He took care of my problematic lockbox, recoded it and recommended a new box, since mine was outdated and wearing out. I bought one in the Wayne's locksmith shop and he told me he would install it for me and program it to my original code. I was completely blown away by the quality of customer service I was given.The level of knowledge and professionalism exhibited by Tony and Jeff at Wayne's locksmith is unparalleled. I highly recommend them and will be a customer for life.
