I called and Mr.. Choi was excellent! He came out the same day. He programmed a key for my car very quickly. Excellent price, service, and quality. I haven't been able to drive my car, and he made my day by fixing this problem for me. Highly recommend. Great price too!

I am so happy with the service I got from Lock and Key I called at 10am he told me how much it would be and said he would be at my house in 30min. Once he arrived it only took him 30min to make and program my car key. The key and remote cost the same price of just the key at the dealership(I would have had to get it towed to the dealership) so i would have paid extra for the remote and the tow . I know how frustrating losing keys is but he made it quick and easy to get them replaced and saved me so much money. THANK YOU SO MUCH POMONA LOCK AND KEY!!

Terrible service. I literally called in to see if he can make a key. Didnt even bother asking what make and model. I said BMW he just interrupted and started talking over me. I honestly do no know how there is such high rating for this place. Called another Pomona locksmith and got the COMPLETE opposite of this service. I know who to avoid when I need keys.

I called this company. They told me they would be here in 15 minutes they were here in 10 AAA was here for three hours and got nothing done they came and did it in less than a half-hour Mr Choi was the locksmith that did it, and was outstanding use this company I highly recommended them

This chui shaved me today I lost all 3 sets of keys from the dealer he came to my job hand made them on site and gave me a great price he gave me 2 bottom keys for the price of one spare basic key some other look Smith was charging me what 1 what I got 2 with him thanks god bless you and your talent he saved me about 450$ Compared to the dealer I hope you prosper in your business

Locked keys inside of my work truck. AAA would not help me out. Found this business on the Web, it advertised that it was open till 11pm. I call around 7pm and spoke with the locksmith. he said he would be out in 15min. He arrived in 15min and opened my truck in about two min. I am so happy that he didn't try to charge more just because it is a commercial vehicle. I would use him again if I needed to
