Very professional business. Requested door lock troubleshooting. Technician removed and replaced an old, faulty door dead bolt lock, then installed new lock, tightened up door jam alignment, and now the lock works great. Very reasonable pricing that included a new door lock with hardware and labor costs, we sent our work request by using the online app, business owner contacted me immediately, security technician arrived next day, very punctual, was on time and schedule. Highly recommend The Flying Locksmiths to help you with all of your physical security needs.

I went to their web site, and stated a chat with a mysterious on-line lady named Erika. I explained my problem to her. She asked me to email a photo of the lock that needed fixing. About a half hour later, I got an email from the president saying they could be out the same afternoon! I said yes. The repair man was prompt, friendly, and got me fixed up! Great experience with these guys!

Locked my keys in the house! Made an Online text and Ray, the owner responded himself! He fast tracked me so I could get to work and not lose additional work hours! His admin staff is very helful and Ray confirmed an ETA himself, that was a lot sooner than I could have expected. They had their work orders and Ray showed professional compassion to my situation and made a hard situation a lot easier. My boss will be pleased that I can get to work today.

Our technician Sean was just the best! He called in advance to let us know he was going to be early and arrived when he said he would. After we told him our needs he clearly explained our options and directed us to the less expensive one, he went through a box of unmarked keys and found their locks then labeled them, but what really set the tone was how quickly and accurately he worked.

This is the second time Sean has come to rekey the locks of my mom's rental house. I specifically asked for him because of the wonderful job he did last time. Being a realtor, I had an eviction scheduled today to meet the sheriffs and have a locksmith provider to gain access. I am so glad I made that call with Sean with Flying Locksmiths as myself and two sheriffs followed his lead walking around the parameters checking to see what would be the ideal way to gain access to the property without having to start drilling into locks etc and luckily he only had to drill through 1 lock at the side door to the garage and the access door was unlocked to the main home, easy! Even the Sheriffs commented on how good he was and they deal with locksmiths all the time. I had all door locks rekeyed and for them to all match and all was done in a very timely fashion, walked through each lock and tested and all worked in perfect order the first time around. I have had experience with other locksmiths and always had problems or they had to readjust etc but not with Sean. Solid! Highly recommend and saved his contact for future service!
