I came in with a couple of 80's Toyota key blanks for my 1986 Toyota Corolla, as my original key was starting to show it's age and they were able to cut one of the blanks in just a few minutes for a great price. Very friendly service. I was able to test it out as soon as I got home and it works perfectly. This will definitely be my go to locksmith for all of my other cars.

Lock and Roll Locksmith came out to replace the lock on our front office door. They got the job done very quickly and for a fair price. We had an issue with the mechanism that locks the door, I called them and they came out to fix it, and replaced our back lock so that it is keyed-alike at no charge! I was extremely impressed by their level of customer service and their commitment to correcting the issue. I highly recommend Lock and Roll Locksmith!

Awesome service! I bought a used car and it only came with 1 key fob. The dealership wanted an arm and leg for an extra key fob so I order two more off of Amazon. It took Steve about 10mins to have them programmed and cut and charged me a fraction of the cost of the dealership.

Best experience I've ever had with any local business. Michael cut me two keys, one didn't work so I went back the next day and Abdul the owner of the shop cut three more. All worked perfectly! To put it simply, theyve offered the best prices for the service they did for me in comparison to nearly every place Ive been. A few weeks ago, I got 2 fobs to my keyless entry car reprogrammed and they still both work perfectly. Something I had been putting off for months, my dealership was charging upwards of 500 for a new set and here I was only looking at a fraction of that. Highly recommend, great service, and Ill be definitely be returning. Great for emergencies and any locksmith issue one might come across.

I have been there on 4 separate days trying to get a key made. 3 of those 4 times, there was no locksmith there. Just an 'office person' who doesn't know how to make keys. And the other time it was to tell me they couldn't make the key. Each time I was there at about 9-9:30 in the morning. Their sign states they open at 9 AM, but what does it matter being open if there's nobody to make keys for you? Each time is the excuse that they had an early emergency call. Something as simple as making a key in store should be easy. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.EDIT IN RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE TO ME:I came with one key the first 3 times, until I was eventually told I couldn't make the key there. That's fine. But today I went with a totally different key. The girl was nice, but point being, no locksmith on site to make the second key I needed. How is this place open, if there's no one there to make keys? I can appreciate the fact that the locksmiths have to go out, but if your actual building has nobody inside it to make keys the 4 times I was there, and I was told to sit and wait while someone came, that isn't the point. Have someone in the building that either knows to make keys, or can say that the two keys I bring in can't be made. I'm not upset that you can't make the keys, I'm upset that there is never a locksmith in the building the 4 times I went. You can't tell me I was here twice, if you're not there to see me the times I went. It's fine, you don't want my business, I won't be back. I just hope this serves as an eye-opener to you to have people in your building that can help your customers. I'm all for 'not big box stores' and giving the little guy my business. It's just sad that this little guy wasn't there for me. I'm not saying your store is bad, but my personal experience was bad. Put yourself in my shoes that if you went someone several times, for two different items, and nobody was there to help, it would be upsetting. I'm just putting my two cents in.

Discovered I was locked out of my house around 11pm at night and was panicking about my dad (he is sick and requires constant attention) since I didnt couldnt get inside I started making phone calls. Several locksmiths quoted me far more than Lock and Roll did and told me it would take over an hour! Called this locksmith shop and immediately was greeted by the dispatch. He told me he can send someone over within 30min. Said okay lets do it! Their technician Michael then texted me that he was on his way and an arrival time estimate. He called when he arrived and like magic unlocked my door! He was even able to make a couple copies for me so it wouldnt happen. Thank you so much, if it happens again (which I hope it doesnt!) I know who to call!

I had used this company in the past for my job, they were always quick and efficient. This weekend someone stole my purse which had all my keys in it. I called Abdul and he sent someone out right away to change the locks on my house. The safety of my family was my main concern. As the dust settled I realized that I had cancelled my credit cards and bank cards and they were going to be mailed to me and I didn't have the mailbox key. I called Abdul and he knew I had to work until 5 the shop usually closes at 5, he promised he would have someone come out. This guy is so great he came out himself to make sure it was taken care of. Talk about above and beyond. I will recommend this company to anyone who ever needs a locksmith. Thank you so much for your EXCELLENT SERVICE!!
