I bought a sledge sense from them and had it installed. The qouted price of the lock was $300. Install around $150. I looked up the list and sales price at amazon for the hardware. List $229. Sale price $162. Beware the rip off. Service was good.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. YOU WILL BE CHEATED. Tonight, a guy fixed a door lock for us. He charged us $240 just a very simple thing. He even didn't let us know before he supplied the service. We should know the fee and quotation he will do. But he just fixed and then ask me to pay him money. I told him I will pay check later. He said nobody will come to pick up the check. Only cash or credit card is working. And I have to pay right away by phone. It's really a kind of rude. Why we cannot pay by check, also why he didn't tell us that will cost $240 for only a small thing. The invoice said labor fee is $110 and parts is $42 and even service call is $85. Why service call was charged? Only we call you and ask for a Appointment and then we were charged? I can understand the labor fee but I cannot understand service call. The guy looks like just wrote the numbers that he wants on the invoice. Did he let us know the fee he would charge for this service before he did that? We as customer should have right to know that, isn't it? Felt like he is not professional. So I don't want to give him my credit card info by phone. And in the end I give him the cash at the store . If I didn't agree to give him cash , he will not leave. Kind of pushy. But just now my employee told me the door is still not working: he even didn't try it is ok before he left. Just take money and than left: right now, the door is still unlocked from inside, only outside . That is the same problem we have before: he even didn't resolve problem. We strongly ask for money refund for this service for this unprofessional performance and bad result. Please contact us ASAP before we adopt another remedy solution. Please contact us tomorrow to give us a solution before we put those reviews on website. Please give us your best and professional customer service. --THAT IS WHAT I SENT FEEDBACK TO THEIR WEBSITE. BUT UNTIL NOW, NO ONE CONTACT US. THEY DON'T CARE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ALREADY EARN MONEY ON OUR HEAD. -OUR MANAGER TOLD THEM BEFORE SOMEONE CAME TO FIX AND QUOTE AND LET US KNOW. BUT THE GUY JUST SHOWED UP AND FIXED (HE THOUGHT) AND ASKED MONEY AND THAN LEFT. -HOPE NOBODY WILL BE CHEATED BY THIS COMPANY.-YOU WILL FIND THE INVOICE THEY GAVE US. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. THEY DON'T HAVE A RULE. JUST ASK WHAT THEY WANT. -DO BUSINESS SHOULD BE HONEST AND THAN YOU CAN BE LONG RUN. IF ALWAYS DOING THINGS LIKE THIS, YOU WILL BE GET LESS AND LESS CUSTOMERS.

I came here because I needed to get a new key. Ended up waiting 30 minutes without anyone assuring me that I would be helped. I sat there for half an hour while ONE person was working, and there were several other employees just dilly dallying around. Everyone was short with me, so I just ended up leaving very frustrated. I will never come back here. Terrible customer service.
