I had an issue with a security key to my car, so I called them and set up an appointment. They asked what was wrong with the key. I explained it to them. The next week I went to the appointment they asked me again what was wrong with the key. I again explained. They said they had to reschedule my appointment because it would take more time than they had at that time. A week later I went in and again they asked what was wrong with the key. Again I explained. It was like no one remembered or passed on information for the reason I set up the appointment. Within 15 minutes the key issue was handled. A new key was made, programmed, tested, paid for and out the door. They were okay. I will say this, if you set up an appointment at least write a work order with the information as to what reason they need help. This way they are not having to explain multiple times.
