I managed to lose my keys where I couldnt get to them, so I needed a new key to my very old Subaru made. I was really putting it off because it can be hard to get people to come up the hill to my location.I really made the right choice with Dons! Bob and all the people on the phone where so helpful. I got a great quote, and the technician who came out, Sam was friendly, fast and very conscientious. He got me set up with my AAA discount in just a few minutes, and I was ready to go! I couldnt be more pleased with this awesome company, and I cant recommend them highly enough. Thank you, everyone at Dons!

I want to highly recommend Pop-A-Lock for their immediate and timely response to me being locked out of my car. The technician who arrived was Sam, he was very friendly and professional. He just had a demeanor that made me feel at ease and not alone. I had opened my trunk to put away my work bag, then decided to take my sweater/jacket off and put my purse in the trunk to remove my sweater, at which I closed the trunk and my purse and keys were left locked inside. I felt like such an idiot. Anyways, he was able to quickly unlock my car which was awesome, but my purse and keys were still in the trunk/hatch in my MINI Copper. Even though my door was open, my lock system was disabled and would not open or release my hatch door. Sam could have left me there to figure out how to get in my trunk, but he was so kind to stay with me and helped me get to my keys and on my way. He was not leaving until I had my keys in my hot little hands. We ended up having to pry up the trunk deck lid so I could reach through and release the backseat and get to my keys. Yay, I was finally on my way home and I was super thankful to Sam for being there for me in my time of need.

Tech called ETA arrived early. Changed my flat. Made it look to easy. Friendly, professional I loved the simple fact that he called me and stated he'd be here in 15 min. But arrived early. Absolutely great customer services. Will definitely use them again!!!!

Needed A key made called Pop A Lock the lady who answered very friendly was able to get me a price and schedule me the same day within the hour! Sam the tech came very nice and did the job quick! So happy I called them Thank you will recommend to family and friends!!!

Very simple. I call for a key replacement because I'm stuck with a broken key. Young lady takes my info then replies someone will contact you shortly. Three days later and AAA trip back home I call back just see what's up. Same young lady answers and confirms that she does still have my info and someone would call shortly. Instead, I ask if can bring my key there location to have the key cut. Her reply, is there physical location to go too. But wait, the riverside address on there web site shows the locations (which I've been to recently) and have had keys cut right there in the shop. I can tell you what's in that office pretty accurately. Anyhow, first time was great because I drove to them. If you need them to come to you....good luck. This place has some cool gentlemen working there that I met. The receptionist that lacks the metal capacity to do her job will make this business suffer. Get a actually receptionist and adopted a new system that allows you better respond your customers.

Great service!I had originally called Locksmith 2 U who left me waiting about an hour for a call from their worker. I got tired of waiting and eventually called Pop-A-Lock and the woman on the phone was super friendly. She got my info down quickly and let me know someone would be on their way in about 30 minutes. 30 minutes later the worker came and he helped me get into my car very quickly! He was very friendly and courteous. Unfortunately I did not get his name. About two hours later, Im home and the other company STILL hasnt called. So If i had not called Pop-A-Lock I would have been waiting in the cold for hours. Thank you so much!

I called these guys two days in a row. My truck key was really worn out. I had the jiggle the ignition to get my vehicle to start. Sometimes I would leave the key in the ignition..... I locked myself out. Alex came to save the day. 30 min he was there and quickly open my vehicle. The next day I decided to get a good key made. Elijah came out and made me a chip key off of my ignition code. Works perfectly. Both times this company gave me a fair price and showed up when they said they would.

For $ 80.00 to unlock a door, I agreed, was told the guy will show up in 45 min. An hour later Pop a lock guy called he said he had a lot of calls so he would be late like 3 hrs. I cancelled. Poor time mangement of calls, just because mine is probably the least charge.

Super irritated, set up a appointment for 430pm made sure I would be available and have my trailer all loaded went to meet at my unit where I needed a lock cut off. Ended up waiting an hour to actually get serviced. Give me a break... I was told by the operator that another call came in and they sent the driver to that call first.

When I called (at 10:30am), they took my information and told they would call me back soon. I didn't receive a call until the next morning. They called me twice, I answered both times, and they hung up one second into the call both times. Perhaps that was a technical phone error, but that doesn't excuse being called the following day. Go somewhere if you're pressed for time

Great service. Prompt arrival, nice person on the phone. Eric was quick, efficient and even cleaned the locks. Some of the locks were upside down and one was backwards on our new place. He quickly put the locks on correctly with no extra charge! The price was exactly as quoted. I appreciated his thoroughness in checking address, identity and home ownership before even entering the place. I wish all places were this good.

Called at 11:30am and gave all of my information so that a locksmith could call me. I was told that I would receive a call 30mins-1hour and I never received a phone call. I was calling around to other places giving this place the benefit of the doubt cause possibly they were busy. No one had enough courtesy or customer care to give me a call. At 5:00pm I finally called back just to be told someone would call me ASAP I did not receive a call an hour and a half later... DO NOT CALL THIS SERVICE unless you have all day to wait! Not preofessional. Horrible customer service. So upset.

Great timely service for a very affordable price they can re-key just about anything!! My husband lost his last key copy to his 2013 infinity G35 and the dealership wanted me to tow his car all the way to Claremont and then Pay them 300$!! What a joke!!! Pop a lock was available to meet my husband at his car and rekey on the spot and in no time for a very reasonable price, and we even ordered an extra key!! I Highly recommend them!

I would definitely recommend Pop-A-Lock services just from this one experience. They were called by my insurance company as Roadside Assistance due to my car having a flat tire. Pop-A-Lock was prompt and arrived sooner than expected. James was very professional, friendly and helpful. I was pleasantly surprised, wasn't expecting such great customer service.

Sam was great and we got a same-day appointment. I lost my minivan's fob key and they were able to get a key and program it all within a few hours of making the appointment. As a stay-at-home mom of 3 little ones, access to my car is a must and I'm grateful to have had such great service. The appointment was at 4:30 and the service guy was totally willing to take as long as needed to get the job done- he estimated anywhere from 30 min to over 2 hours, depending on the programming. I appreciate that, especially because he would have had to extend his day. Luckily, it was much faster than that. Thanks again, Sam!

Excellent service would recommend. Call other so call 24hr places and no one wanted too come out. I call pop a lock and they were like sure what time would you like. They showed up on time and even looked at extras that I didn't tell them about and fixed those issues also. If I need anything in the future they will get my business again. It's unfortunate to see the 1 star ratings when I had by far the quickest easiest and most pleasant experience with this company . I called 8am not being urgent but needing a key change on my house that same day none later . The lovely lady on the phone gave me a time frame between 10-10:30am that day which was awesome . Making things even greater the gentleman not only called before coming to the door but he arrived right at 10am . His name was Sam , extremely helpful while being quick . He not only changed the keys but he updated my top locks that were badly aged and worn out . I didn't mind if the top lock colors didn't match the doornobs but he made it happen so everything matches! (: I will never go anywhere else ; pop a lock beats dons lock and key any day!

It's rare anymore to receive great service. Most businesses have lost that goal to please the customer. Today I locked my keys in my truck while helping a friend move. I was over heated, angry with what I did, and tired. The locksmith Tom that came out to unlock my truck, was not only very prompt, arrived earlier than he told me, provided me and my family with service rarely seen today. I felt as if I truly mattered, my business was important to him, that we mattered. With so many choices out there on what place to give your business to, it tough to not be disasppointed in choosing the wrong place. Please give Pop A Lock your business when your in need of a locksmith, with prompt response, and friendly locksmiths you won't be disappointed.
