I needed a few special keys made that you really can't get made at your run of the mill store. Called in ahead of time to check availability and I decided to head over before they closed. Great customer service, fair prices and great quality in the keys that were made, it really was quick and easy. Will be coming here for all my future lock and key needs. So happy I found Jack's.

I went there on Friday September 21st 5:15 PM to ask them if they can duplicate a laser cut car key. Lady behind the counter was very rude and inpatient to answer my questions regarding my different choices. Either their business is very good that they dont have time for cutting a single key, or it was Friday closing time and she wanted to get away. Either way that would be my last stop there.

Higher price than usual, but the quality of the duplicate is excellent. It's much better than any other locksmith I've been to. They also have uncommon keys for those not found at others.

Quick and easy to get your key copied. They also have locks and alarms. Prices might be a little higher than going to a bigger store, but for me it's worth it for the convenience.
