Called to have them come out to get me into my home safe because we had lost the combination. Another locksmith had told us earlier that they didnt want to bother with a little home safe. At this point I had already pryed the door and taken off the hinges and I still couldnt get into it. Mike Milla gave me all the instructions to bust it open to get the documents out that I needed.and it worked!! He spent about 20 minutes on the phone with me and didnt charge us a dime. Thank you Mike and Andersons Locksmith!!!!!

I've been using Anderson's lock & safe since high school! Just recently I had a broken glass patio sliding door latch and handle from an attempted burglary, although they said they don't deal with glass sliding doors they directed to a local professional in which i did . They are an awesome company.

When haven't I used Andersen's Lock? - A few years ago I locked my self out of my vehicle, good thing I was at home when this happened. Anyways, I called Andersen's after finding them on my cell phone, they we're out at my place in no time. They were very friendly, professional and quick to respond.When purchasing my first home this year I knew we had to get the locks re-keyed, so the first business I thought of was Andersen's Lock on Safe. They once again did a fantastic job. Thank you to the Staff at Andersen's, we greatly appreciate you all and will continue to choose you in the future.

Very helpful staff & they have every key you can possibly need. Also the mobile van they sent to me when I was locked out of my car arrived so quick. I was told they also can make you a new key without your original for a reasonable price.

The service was prompt and good, however the price seemed to be highly inflated. I ordered 4 Nickle finished regular locks which are available on the internet for $13.00 each. The lock installer brought the wrong locks and had to go and get the ones I had specified. I was charged $59.95 for each lock and $45 for a service call and $74.50 for labor bringing the total bill to $381.48 including tax.When I called to ask why I had to pay so much for the lock I was told that thats what we charge and they had to go and get the locks as they didn't have the nickle finish ones. I mentioned that they were told when I ordered the locks what I wanted but it was them who brought the wrong locks.I would strongly recommend you buy your own locks and just have them install them as they really ripped me off on the locks.
