I came by for a new key to my car right before the COVID-19 struck bad. I called ahead to inquire about pricing and time. From the start they were very pleasant and professional. I stopped by during my lunch break and when I walked through the door they knew me by name and saw my right away. I was in and out in 20 mins or less! Awesome staff! I'm sorry I didn't write this review sooner!

My review comes from a replacement key blade for my Ducati Motorcycle. Chris made every attempt (and then some) to cut a replacement blade that I had ordered on the internet. When that one goofed; he made it right and got another one for me. He invited me back into his shop to show me the process of what he was doing on Round 2 and even let me assist with the fit to the key fob. I would highly recommend this business. Enough Said. A++

I have just designated Day & Night Security my new local locksmith! I lost a set of keys, including my duplicate Jeep key - not the first time. I was dreading going to the dealer for just a copy ($$$), so I tried something different. I purchased 2 blank transponder ignition keys on Amazon. D&N cut and programmed both keys and I was charged 78% less than what I paid at the dealer for one key several years ago. Service was awesome. These guys really know what they're doing. Finally! An an alternative to getting ripped off at the dealer.

A couple days ago, my car fob broke while in the ignition. Michelle walked me through getting my car started. I drove straight to their shop, and thankfully, they had my fob model in stock. They took care of me immediately. Chris and Michelle are down to earth and personable. I will always go to these guys for my locksmithing needs.

I locked my keys in the trunk of my locked car the other day and the dealer told me my only option was to have the car towed in as they would have to order a new key (because the security system automatically turned off). Luckily, Day and Night knew a way around that and saved me a lot of money and time. Highly, highly recommend them!!!!
