I called diamond locksmith and asked him about a car key, he is located in San Mateo, I asked if he can replace the battery in my key fob. He said yes come on by, I first went to San Mateo locks, bought the battery for seven dollars and asked the man if he can put it in for me its only one single screw. He said it would be $15, I said no thank you, its a pandemic and youre charging $7 to screw one screw in, youre screwing people, I will not do business with San Mateo locksmith ever again. I went to diamond locksmith, Ray Yahalomi, very professional and did it for free, put in battery for free, highly recommend it.

Rates were fair. Service was fast. Came to the house 3 times to break a lock so we can get in to a room in our house and reinstall the lock after we got a new one from the manufacturer. Didnt charge us for the additional house calls. Very professional. Will definitely call again if we need a locksmith for whatever reason. Thank you Ray!

Ray @ Diamond Locksmith is a true professional. I called him after the ignition key in my 2003 Honda Pilot jammed, and I couldn't turn it at all or even remove it from the lock.He arrived within 30 minutes and managed to extract the key and refurbish the cylinder so the problem wouldn't happen again. He has all the tools and equipment in his van, and it's clear he knows exactly what he's doing.He is also a genuinely nice person to work with, and I'm very happy that I found him when I really needed help. He definitely earned 5 stars today!

We called Ray today to give us an estimate on installing deadbolts in our French Doors. Imagine our embarrassment when he noted that deadbolts were already in place - we just didn't know it, and didn't know how to use them.Ray easily showed us how to operate these hidden locks, and left without accepting payment even for a service call.He was pleasant, prompt, and obviously knowledgeable. When we need 'real' work done, we're not going to hesitate for a second to call him back.

JUST HAD A FABULOUS EXPERIENCE WITH THESE GUYS. WE NEEDED TWO OLD SAFES REKEYED AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED THEY SUGGESTED WE GET ONE LARGER SAFE TO REPLACE THESE BECAUSE THEY ARE NO LONGER FIREPROOF. THEY EXPLAINED EVERYTHING TO US AND SHOWED US WHY THEY SHOULD BE REPLACED. THEY ALSO DISCUSSED SOME OF THE BETTER BRANDS OF SAFES THAT WE SHOULD LOOK AT. THEY LEFT WITHOUT TRYING TO SELL US ANYTHING OR EVEN CHARGING A SERVICE FEE. WE WILL DEFINITELY BE USING THEM IN THE FUTURE AND SUGGEST THEM TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY!

They are absolutely great! I had lost my key to my motorcycle and was told to go to a locksmith. I went here and gave them my ignition. The job was quoted for a set amount, however, it took much longer than expected. Although they should have charged me more, they didn't! They kept their word on their original quote and managed to handle my nightmare ignition! Hopefully i never need to contact any locksmith again, but if I do, i know for sure that I will be coming here again!!

Ok, my situation was super complicated. Locked my only key in a super tight trunk of my Porsche, triggered my alarm and trunks were inaccessible from the inside the car. Overpriced and take super long time to come out. They tried to scam my wife and overcharge her for a simple lockout service a few months back and go to have our 70 year old neighbor on the rescue. Kicked them out and send them back. Such a unprofessional and switch and bait on customers in times of crisis.

I recently lost my car keys and ordered a new one from the dealer. Upon trying to enter my vehicle, the key the dealer provided did not work. I called Ray at Diamond and my call was answered immediately. I explained the situation to Ray and he said he would be able to come out the same day! On short notice after 5pm, that's unheard of, needless to say I was ecstatic. Upon arrival Ray explained the possible scenarios as my situation was unique because we didn't know if the ignition key also unlocked the door since my car is an older model. Ray quickly got to work, had a positive attitude throughout and was very professional. The work was completed under the estimated time I was told and everything was put back as it was. The key worked and Ray even assisted with a jump since my battery was dead. In would definitely recommend Diamond Locksmith, my experience was awesome, great customer service, more than I could have expected.

Diamond Locksmith's service was incredible! My key had broke inside the lock late in the evening around 8pm and they arrived within an hour of being called to help (they were also currently on the other end of the peninsula helping another customer). They were able to get the broken portion of the key out and fix the lock in the door very quickly. Both of the gentleman that arrived were very polite and professional and asked all the right questions. I would highly recommend their service to anyone anytime and especially in emergency situations!
