Amazing service 10/10!! After getting locked out of the house we called Safeway Locksmith & within 20 minutes someone was on site & able to not only unlock our door but make 6 extra copies of keys for us, and fix our broken front door handle/lock for a very fair price!! The entire process was under 30 minutes it was so easy. They were so helpful, kind & efficient we are so happy!

On New Years Eve at about 1:30 PM I managed to lock the keys in a friend's borrow BMW X5 in a very remote location. I tossed my backpack onto the passenger seat (with the key zipped into an outside pocket) and closed the door. The pack fell onto it's face and managed to lock the vehicle just as the door closed. YUP! I locked the keys in the vehicle. BMW Roadside Assistance dispatched Safeway. They called me and told me they were on their way and showed up when they said they would. It was a VERY tricky retrieval. He put pump up balloon in the door and then managed to use his flexible hook to turn over the backpack, unzip the compartment, hook the keys (latched onto a hook in the pocket), AND raise them up to the door and holding it there insert another tool and click the unlock button! He was soooo sweet, and patient, and just a delight. Can't use enough superlatives to explain what a fantastic experience it was. THANK YOU Safeway Locksmith. You were amazing.

This little place in the middle of a bunch of big stores is a gem. A very nice knowledgeable young man helped me. Next time I'm down that way I'm bringing a few keys in that I've wanted extras on for some time now, twice I had them done and twice they didn't work.I do hope that young man is there, I think maybe the keys will be right this time.God bless

Thank God for Safeway lock smith. Last night I locked my keys in my car. I called so many lock smith places and the wait was 1 and a half or longer. I called safe way and he was there less then 30 minutes. Not only did he get there fast but he did an amazing job. I definitely would recommend Safeway locksmith.

I took my car key fob there, it was working sporadically. Sometimes it took like 4 clicks to work. Young man said easy fix, replace batteries. Did so, now fob doesnt work at all. He also messed up the screw, stripped it. Took it back to another employee there, he tried but couldnt fix it. Call to manager go to voicemail, never a call back.

One of my employees locked his keys in his truck. I called Safeway at 10 AM. He gave me an ETA of 1 hour. I called him 2 hours later and he was barely leaving. I gave an exact address with picture of the GPS. He couldn't find the truck and threatened to leave because he had another job. He was finally able to locate it after trying a little harder. He wanted to make sure he was going to get paid, which I understand. I offered my credit card. He doesn't take card... even though its 2019. Fine, my guys will pay you cash, no problem. He has trouble getting the truck open. He quit after half an hour, then left with out saying anything. I called him asking what happen? He says, i quote, it was too hard cant be done.I called All Lock Anytime Locksmith after. They arrived and had the truck open in less than 30 minutes. Saved them in my phone just in case I need a locksmith in the Valley again.

I lost my rental car key at Magic Mountain. The price quoted to me for replacement by AAA seemed a bit high so I started calling around. Safeway's price was competitive. I talked to Mahmoud on the phone and he said he could be ready in half an hour. He called back a few minutes later and asked if I wanted to ride with him to the Magic Mountain parking lot. Wow - what a pleasant surprise and nicety! As we drove there, he informed me what we would be happening and very clearly also let me know he needed more information from my rental car place and even talked to them on the phone. Once we got there, he let me sit in A.C. comfort of the work van while he efficiently and successfully made my replacement key. Receipt was created and emailed to me in the parking lot so I had my needed documentation. It took 20 minutes tops. This was WONDERFUL and FRIENDLY service. I highly recommend!!!!

I called Safeway Locksmith to unlock my vehicle. Service did not arrive. I received a call that they were unable to find my location/address after 40 minutes. I sent a link to Google maps with my location (the same I used to get to my location), but they still were unable to find it and claimed it was getting late/too far. This contradicts the statement on their website that 24 hour service is available. The location was 12 miles from the address of the office provided online. I ended up calling an Uber to pick me up, get spare keys and drive back for less than the quoted price. By the way, the Uber was able to find me...
