I used Integrity for my business. We needed some keys duplicated and a filing cabinet lock drilled out. They responded very promptly and came out to our site. The technician was quite possibly the fastest key duplicator I have ever seen!!! He took care of all our needs within 15 minutes of his arrival. Fast & professional! He even asked before putting garbage in our trash can. I will definitely use them again!

Our Kryptonite U-Bolt combination bike lock became jammed while locked with our mountain bikes on our car rack. In less than 5 minutes the friendly locksmith at Integrity had removed our lock for us and we were on our way for our afternoon ride! Awesome service!

We received outstanding service from Integrity Locksmith recently over the 2019 New Year's holiday. We were at Homewood Ski Resort about 40 minutes away and unfortunately lost the smart key to our late model Ford Explorer somewhere on the slopes. Dustin took our call *on New Year's Day* when many locksmiths weren't even open, gathered all of the necessary information about our vehicle, and was out to us within an hour (other nearby providers were estimating 2-3 hours). Once on site, everything he did spoke to their attention to detail and doing things by the book: he asked for license and registration to verify we owned the vehicle, and checked our battery level and decided to hook up jumpers to ensure that our battery didn't die while he plugged into the car to program the smart key. Done within twenty minutes. He was pleasant, punctual, professional, and competent. We couldn't ask for more, and he saved our holiday fun! HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

The next morning after my phone call, Randys/Integrity Locksmith sent out Dustin, who did fine work to re-key residential locks and install a new interior deadbolt. Dustin presented professionally, worked efficiently, and promptly cleaned up all shavings; it was a pleasure to talk with him. I found the price reasonable for locksmith service. I wouldnt hesitate to call on this company again.

Key was half broken. True value didnt trust there machine with a bent half broken key. They recommended integrity. The guy at integrity looked at the key said very common and didnt hesitate to make duplicates. Keys work great, price was right, quick service. Cant ask for anything more

1-3-2018, I went to grocery outlet and when I got home my deadbolt would just spin without engaging anything. Called you guys because I get all my keys and safe needs from you guys. Called and within 10 min your locksmith showed up and got me into my home from another door. He replaced the broken part in my deadbolt and got us all back to normal for $69! My boyfriend and I were 5 hrs away from home when he lost my key. We were quoted $400 to get a key manufactured since it was after hours and I needed a specialty key. We were out of the city at a trail head and it only took him an hour to get to us. He said we could check to see if they key was in the car and if it wasn't he would charge us for the new key. Unfortunately, it wasn't but he did make a xgesprr version of my key and gave me 2 copies .Only came out to $275. The guys name was River. He was prompt and friendly. My bf and I were stressed out but his demeanor really out us at ease. My bfs insurance will reimburse him for a portion of it. These guys really helped us in a bind. I drf recommend them!

My key was stuck in the lock and we couldn't get it out. I had tried several things and finally gave up and called integrity locksmith. Dustin went out of his way to help me trouble shoot over the phone and saved me the cost of having to have the locksmith come out. He helped me figure out the issue and get my key unstuck. Robert is a true pro. He saved me from a total nightmare situation when I lost my rental car keys on the mountain. He knew that Chrysler vehicles require a special PIN for key replacement only available at the dealerships but managed to get the code and have me on my way ASAP. Otherwise I would have had to tow the vehicle to Reno! MANY THANKS!!!
