As the owner of Precision Overhead Garage Door Services, I appreciated the quality service done quickly by Frankie. I was able to call Brucar Locksmith and speak with a person, I arranged a time frame for a technician to show up, I was called 30 minutes before our appointment window letting me know when the technician would be arriving. Frankie was able to install a digital lock by expertly cutting new holes and strike plates. He installed a new handle set and had the proper plates to cover the previous installation and had the tools to install neatly.Frankie arrived in a marked vehicle and was wearing a company shirt. I appreciate working with companies that send employees rather than sub contractors.Thank you for a job well done!

I've had my key duplicated in 5 different locations of none fit my Hyundai Accent. Brucar Locksmith spent an 'Hour' helping me fit an identical key for my ignition and door locks. Wow! Perfect fit!!!!

Called on a Saturday morning for a re-key of a new lockset still in the box. They told me to come on by and they'd do it while I waited. I stopped by a few minutes later and it only took about 5 minutes to key the new lockset to match my other locks on the house and also cut two additional keys. I was so impressed with Matt and his customer service as well as his quick work with my lockset. Price was great too. I'm never going anywhere else.
