Daniel came and replaced and re-keyed the locks on our front door. It was so easy to schedule the appointment, he let me know when he was on his way over and arrived on time and did the most beautiful job. I was very impressed and we love our new locks. Keeps saying Technician will call, technician never calls. No call after one hour, I call back, guy says technician will call, wait another hour, I call back, same thing but the guy calls back to say there are no technicians in the area. What a waste of time and I ended up smashing my window anyway.

Never showed up after having me wait until the next day. Never calls back either and just keeps saying the technician will call. Dont waste your time.

ABSOLUTE LATH & STUCCO TEAM

Holiday weekend and he came within 30 minutes to my business. Unlocked the vehicle and made a new key that we urgently needed. He was professional and very fast. Im shocked that we were not charged extra for it being a weekend and a holiday weekend at that. We need these services from time to time unfortunately and this will 100% be who we call again. They told me a technician would call me back and nobody ever did call me back they take my name phone number even address before they can give me any information only to tell me will get back to you all I wanted was to get my door rekeyed

Took about 30 minutes for them to get out to me, but the dude had my door unlocked in a total of no more than 30 seconds

They told us a technician would come in 20 minutes. After 30 minutes I called them back and they said that they would have the technician call and update me. Another 15 minutes and I call them back to see what is going on and they wont answer. Called main office and they said they would get a new technician to call me. 15 minutes later still no call from technician, finally decide after waiting over an hour to just call a different local company. Thanks for nothing guys

Customer service line was very rude. I asked 2 simple questions, and they hung up on me. She could have just said she doesnt know. The questions that I asked were, do you take Amex and how much is the service? I ended up calling another provider because I wasnt even sure if she put my request in since she hung up.
