I came to Jack's Key Services to get a spare key for my Honda. The guy there, Mike was kind and professional! He gave me a great price! I will be coming back here for other keys as well.

Asian Guy With An Attitude:I brought my truck back there and told them the key they made me only works on one side. I asked if he could fix it , So the guy made me a new key , but it did not have the plastic head on it. I asked he could make me a new key just like my old key that only works on one side , and he got an attitude with me , said he made me a new key , no charge , and thats it. I said , I never wanted a cheap key , I want one like my old key - oh we dont have those anymore. Well.. can I get my old key back? , The old key does not work he said - So , okay breath I said I want to pay for this cheap key you made me , and I want my old key back! He took my $20 , gave me back my old key and $13 back. I paid $7 bucks for and attitude and a cheap key that would have cost me $3 bucks anywhere else.

Not sure why there are negative reviews for this store. I just visited them- super quick, friendly, good sense of humor, family run, and good pricing. Ill take all my lock and key needs to them in the future.

I have a rare type of key and I've been to a few places to try to get it copied. The guy that helped me was thorough and dedicated. He even tried to help me problem solve. Though he didn't have the necessary blank for this key, I'll definitely be back. Customer service is great.

Walked in was greeted by JERRY. Very professional & friendly asked if he could program a GM remote control to my car he said he will try sure enough he was able to in 10 minutes it was done & programed for a reasonable price. I so highly recommend this place. Will return.

And rude when I politely told him I would pass on his services since I could get them far less expensive from another place, which is absolutely the truth. Just want to let folks know my experience, not trying to get back at anyone or anything like that. Whatever.

Arnold from Jack's key services and it's associates left me and my family of five kids stranded at the Ontario airport. I called for their services at 12:30pm and at 4:30pm their associate left me and my hungry kids. With no key and now a dead vehicle. I tried to plead with her and Arnoldo that I needed their help because now that she left my car on for more than an hour the battery was drained. I was told by the both of them that they had to go they had another job and that someone was on the other line. Now I have no car keys and a dead car which could be a number of problems. They most likely messed up the programming of my car and left me to deal with it.

I want to give a negative 5 stars. This man quoted me a price I confirmed the price 3 times each time he said yes thats the price. He did the job and then asked for 80.00 more. He was a thief and extremely crooked do not do business with this company!

This place is a joke for sharpening I took my spyderco knife there to have it sharpened and the guy put it on a grinder for 30 seconds and said oh its razor sharp now ha what a joke my knife is duller now than it was when I brought it . Long story short save your time and money on this place I will not recommend anyone going here.
