Told him I had a safe that we were unable to get back into and he asked for pictures and made an appointment within 24 hours.Not only was he on time but was in the safe within 20 minutes.He is my new go to guy for locksmiths. I work at The Bone Store in Visalia & we were having problem with our back door locking at our new location since we moved in. One evening, 15 minutes before store closing, the lock completely broke & we were in desperate need of immediate assistance from a locksmith, otherwise we wouldn't be able to leave our store! We called Dave & he came out within 10 minutes!! He was so nice & professional, for a decent price. He gave us options for the repair: ordering a new piece & getting it expedited shipping, or he could attempt to repair the broken piece. He was able to fix it!!! We couldn't be happier with the service we got that evening & I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a locksmith in the area!

I belong to a Healthcare facility,We have a clinic in Visalia the supervisors door accidentally got locked with the keys to the Clinic inside.I called the locksmith I usually deal with in fresno.He was unable to help so I called Dr Lock and safe where Dave actually answered the phone.He said he could be out to the clinic soon he even was helpful with arranging payment as We didn't have an account with him it makes it more difficult on my end for payment.He got our staff back in the office.He was upfront on his charges weather the lock had to be picked or drilled .Both Instances I thought his cost was 'very' reasonable.The first time in a while I felt like Dave cared more about me the customer than getting paid(which I was more than happy to do after his outstanding service).Dave is the 1st call I will make for any of my Lock/key needs near Visalia.Thanks Dave Greg
