I made a call today and could not talk to the man on the phone. I needed my car door unlocked and he told me he could not do it by appointment. He continued to explain he would call me when he had a truck available. I tried to clarify that I would need a truck driver after 3:15, not by appointment, and would not mind calling him again if need be at 3:15. I would then drive to the store's location to make a copy of the key. However, after being interrupted multiple times, he stated he could not help me and hung up. I do not understand the way this shop operates, but if it was explained clearly along with trying to hear my full request, I would have appreciated it. First impressions mean a lot and this place did not meet my expectations. If allowed, I will update this review later at 3:15 'if' the person over the phone is willing to listen.

Excellent service! Stay away from those automated vending machine key cutters and go to PVLS and have it done right. Not that I was in a hurry but I was in and out in about 10 minutes.

The old grumpy man who owns this shop is a horrible, mean and condescending person. Do not buy his services or give him your hard earned money. When getting a key fixed that cost 45 dollars and only took him 1 minute to fix, he was so unpleasant to talk with and complained to us why we should have bought his version. He doesnt know how to treat customers with respect which is a major red flag. When then deciding to go with his version of the key he refused to exchange the services. He could have made an extra 50 dollars by swallowing his pride but he is stubborn mean and angry personality persisted. There are other nicer and more reasonable locksmiths to choose from, please do the right thing and go to them. People like this man should not be providing services to the public.

The owner is rude! I brought in a key that i bought online for my car and for him to cut, which took him less than a minute. However, i found out after that chip didnt fit well in the key case. He offered to sale a better key for $85 that he had in stock, which i was interested on, but he still wanted to charge me $45 for the other key i brought in that he cut which didnt work out and it only took him one second to cut. He was also disrespectful and basically told me it was my fault for going online.

Sucks went there to apply for a position and the questions asked were not about my qualification but my appearance and if I had tattoos. Truly profiling I wouldn't work for a company that looks at you for your appearance and not your achevments and qualifications.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. The person over the phone was so rude. When I asked him how soon I could schedule a visit for a door lock replacement assessment, he replied ' I don't know, we schedule these when we have nothing to do'. Then I said the weekend wouldn't work for me if they couldn't give me a time of day to which he responded 'Then call me back when you have time'...Seriously???
