I needed fast service. I wanted a low price.I got what I wanted!Much lower than I guessed the price to be.A locksmith making a house to do the same would be $75+ (as quoted to me).Maury and John re keyed my deadbolt, made extra keys all within 10-15 minutes for $27.24He made sure I understood how to use and reinstall. They actually care.Lifesaver to have this inexpensive service in my high end neighborhood. Also have for sale are magnetic hide-a-key boxes, safes, pepper spray, coded outdoor lockboxes, full door locks, deadbolts and even garage door openers!

Friendly and fast service! I stopped by around 4 PM on a Tuesday afternoon to have a duplicate key cut for my 2014 Honda CTX700N and they had me in and out in about 5 minutes for less than $5 (I brought my own blank key from Honda). I'll definitely be back for any future key and lock needs, and I'll recommend them to friends and family. Highly recommended to you as well!

John was terribly rude and has a nasty attitude. Absolutely 0 on customer service and experience. Another gentleman Ed (had no attitude and was very cool about it) did start helping me solve the issue of my pickup, and John who was doing something else just came over to rebuke me that I was the one who didn't submit the order correctly and angrily hauled himself over saying 'did I not explain to you bla bla bla' I replied no sir, i came in here and you were not trying to understand me while taking my request and just proceeded to confuse me thinking you knew what I wanted, you said 'are you confused?' Lesson 1 in business:Listen to the customer first and try to understand what it is they want before coming to conclusions.
