I dropped off 3 keys and came back 3 hours later and they still hadnt made my keys. They werent even busy. As I waited for the lady to cut my keys she asked me if I got a new RV, when was I taking it out, and where I was going with it. Then she watched me put my PIN in the Visa machine. Very scary! Had I given her correct answers, she could easily looked up my address on the internet and stolen my RV. So unprofessional for a locksmith employee to ask me all those personal questions!

It is abundantly clear that the previous reviewer is an absolutely terrible judge of character. The staff at Yuba Safe and Lock were very friendly and outgoing while still remaining professional. I can't imagine anyone coming out with a negative opinion of anyone that works there.I am extremely impressed with Yuba Safe and Lock. I purchased a new vehicle that has Ford MyKey enabled. If anyone has ever owned a new Ford, then you know how annoying it is to be stuck in that mode. Dealers can charge up to 400 dollars to program a new key. After some research, Yuba Safe and Lock was able to completely reprogram the key that I was given AND program a new key that I purchased off of eBay. All for only 65 dollars.The staff there was very friendly and worked with me the entire time to get the problem resolved, even while helping the multitudes of drop in customers. I cannot speak highly enough about my experience.

They can make keys but very expensive. Wish they tell you prices before they start cutting them. After having them cut the keys found out it was over $60 for a few keys. Ask them prices before having them do keys.
