This place has horrible customer service DO NOT USE them. Our business has multiple properties and I will never use this company again, we had about 6 locks replaced at a cost of almost $900.00 they made us prepay to have a double deadbolt put on the front door and then never came through. I have called and talked to the lady multiple times and was told lie after lie. I have now left multiple messages and not one has been returned.

I called Brighton Lock and Key today for a rekey. It is a husband and wife team. They were very busy, but bent over backwards to accommodate my last-minute request, even staying past their operating hours to do my job. They were so friendly and professional! I was very comfortable with them in my home, and even though we were total strangers we were able to chat like old friends. I had 3 exterior locks rekeyed, and it was done quickly and done well. Their pricing was also extremely reasonable. I would absolutely recommend this company again. Thanks, Brighton Lock and Key!

Worst customer service ever. Waited over three weeks just to be told they couldn't help me. They did give me a free new lock which would be great if I could actually get in our camper to change it! They are clueless on what they are doing and they avoid phone calls! Wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. DO NOT USe Brighton lock and key!
