My wife and I had an excellent experience here! I lost the only key to our 2013 Ford Explorer and gave them a call. Not more than two minutes after I called the main office, Jon, my locksmith called to touchbase. He was extremely courteous and professional. SCAM. Do not trust. Their technician has ZERO skill, so he insists on drilling to ruin the entire door... on a very basic lock that has taken others (yes, I lock myself out a lot) about 2 min to get through. He has come to my apt three times and his only trick is drilling. He ruined the bottom of the door with this the first time, because I didnt know better. Then, he showed up twice for the top lock and insisted on drilling, so we turned him away and another technician with a different company came to open it in 2 minutes both times. He refused to leave without payment for service today, even though he did nothing.

I was locked out of my car and Advanced Locksmith was the only service to actually answer my call on a Sunday! They were able to get a tech out to Brighton within the hour. Ramon was quick and friendly and I was able to get into my car! I will use Advanced Locksmith again if I need to use their services, although I really hope I dont need to.

I initially had appointment scheduled a week ahead. The guy was supposed to call me to confirm the day before (he didn't) and show up at 11 (he didn't. ) i called to ask if he was coming. He said he would come in about two hours. But then I got a call from John. He arrived about a half hour later and did the job reasonably quickly and was courteous. 5 stars for John. 1 for the other guy, since at least he asked someone else to cover for him.
