i came to the store around 11am to get some keys copied,the lady was nice at first and she said it will be $8 for 5 keys copied, i asked to get an extra set so that is $19 total for 10 keys.i waited for about 30min and when she was done i noticed that one of the key blanks looked shorter then the original key.i politely asked if that is a good key copy and the lady rudely took all the copies and told me to go somewhere else.i just asked that since i had to drive all the way from the north and i dont want to come back all this way. anyway i left with NOTHING!

Everybody is rude. Owners close down for 2 hours for lunch and apparently any other time they feel. It will be nice when their shop turns into something useful.

Front doors locked so I called and a lady answered, said to come to a different door and shell make a copy of a key for me, which was nice. Maybe I should open a key shop nearby because I cant figure out why the doors were locked.

I dont understand how this place stays in business. They made a key that regular hardware stores like Home Depot and Ace Hardware (because I checked both) couldnt replicate so I had to go to this store specifically. They werent open when I arrived at 9:30 am despite google and their website saying they open at 9:00 am. I called and left a voicemail and also called the emergency line in their voice message and got no response. A few days later, I called again to check if they were open before I drove by. Still no answer and never a call back. I watched 3 people try to go in the doors that morning only to realize the store was closed, with no explanation posted about why they were closed during open hours. This is not a tiny mom and pop shop that can close unexpectedly like that. They have multiple locations and should be open when they say they are open. I waited outside the store until 10 this time just in case their hours changed and hadnt been updated on the website. Still no one at 10am on a weekday! I will NEVER use this place. Luckily, Master Security Center was able to make the key for me. They were the 5th place I had to try.

This place was able to help me replace a broken key after multiple dealerships had no luck (it was 1990, too old to make based off VIN, and didn't have the capability to cut based off a broken key). The lady who answered was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived, they quickly turned it over to the key cutter (call ahead to make sure he's there, he doesn't work the full set of business hours) and he cut it in less than five minutes. They don't guarantee cuts based off broken keys, but I was lucky enough to get a good fit the first time. It is also reasonably priced (would recommend bringing cash, $7 credit minimum)

So rude and the whole place smells. Lady snatched my card out of my hand and sighed loudly because I didnt meet the $7.00 card minimum BEFORE I could say I would just buy some keychains or something to get to $7. Really slow, rolled her eyes and sighed at other customers too. No way to run a business.

If a Zero or no Stars were an option, we wouldn't be giving this company a star at all. Absolutely, hands down, the worst business we've ever encountered!!!We dropped off an ignition to a vehicle being told no problem by Mike the locksmith who's an old man that looks like he's about to die from smoking his PalMals, give me a couple days he says. We wait over a week to hear back something, get no call, so leave a message, never get a return call, so we go back to the shop on a Friday. The old lady running the desk ignores us and 2 other customers, we wait 30 minutes to have her finally ask can I help you in a very unfriendly tone, showed her our claim ticket to pick up, she asks us what it's for in a rude tone, we tell her, the owner say NO, it's not done come back Monday and walks away rude. Call him on Monday, says it's not done, I'll call you later, hear nothing back, call few days later on Thursday and lady answers, asked again what it's for, Mike gets on phone and only says NO, I say excuse me, he says NO, like a total dick and nothing else. I tell him we'll just come get the ignition and go somewhere else, and he hangs up.These people are absolutely rude to the first degree and obviously incompetent of providing any service or value to anyone. They belong in retirement homes, not in business.Do not waste your time with this b.s. company, you'll just leave pissed off wasting your time with rude, negative, unfriendly people in the end and no work done!
