I bought a Safe that Mike Rep'd, but did not carry in stock. He didn't charge me, until He got invoiced from the factory, then kept me in the loop from shipped date to install. On the day of delivery , I got update calls as to when he'd be there and then finally the installation is just top notch. Can't say enough good things about this transaction start to finish! Thanks to the whole Wrangler *family* what a pleasant experience!

I don't particularly care for this place so much ..I needed a special key made from my storage unit that never worked properly and was quite costly to make ..On another occasion a female associate there suggested I should have gone to Walmart to have my key made were I happened to work ..To the owner: This has been awhile ago about Three or four years ago..I normally don't give (Written) reviews online good or bad; They are few an far between going as far back as five ago..I have the same access as you do to my reviews ...But since you wanted me to remove my last rating; Because you didn't remember me I felt the need to jog your memory.. I am also sorry for this experience too because I do not wish to spoil your almost perfect rating;; However if you can Question why I would come back a second time you can be assured there will not be a third...I value my time more than my money

Quick professional service. Locked myself out of my room. Googled a couple locksmiths and this one had the best reviews. Nathin from Wrangler was available at time and was at my door in less than 20 min. This guy know what he is doing. He was in my house literally 30 seconds with the job done. I left my room key inside room and he offered to make me an extra at no extra charge. He took key in his van ans took 30 seconds to make me one. Price was fair for the fast service and what they quoted me on phone was what I paid at time of service. Customer for life. Thanks!

These fellows were SO helpful -- with a smile on their faces and banter between father and son on proper key cutting and that the son won the key cutting competition between the two of them. It was refreshing to walk into a family run business in a sea of chains...these robot machines in Home Depot don't have a smile to offer or troubleshooting! Go to Wrangler!

I love that companies like this still exist. I needed a key fob for my husband's new truck and called a few places before Wrangler but after talking to Christy for 2 minutes, I knew I found my spot. She got it for me right away at a fraction of what the other guys quoted! I didn't get the name of the guy who programmed it for me but he was great too, he knows his stuff! I was in and out of there in 10 minutes.Great business, stand up people, I'll definitely be back! Thanks!!

I highly recommend this place for getting a key fixed or replacement. I called around 10 different places that told me my key couldnt be fixed and I had to pay $250 to get a new one. Then I called wrangler Safe & Lock and Mike gave me faith in honest business again. Not only was he able to fix my key, he went out of his way to save me money by figuing out the coding himself.
