Could hardly understand the man. He stated $39.99 on the phone and when the guy came and unlocked my car he said that is only the call fee to get someone out to you, then tells me it is $95.00 and asks me if that is okay... Well it is going to have to be right? Pathetic business practices, be clear on the phone and truthful up front with your customer instead of trapping them into a high cost.

Can't even answer the phone during business hours? Why? (Update) called a few more times before even realizing the automated message asks for you to a leave a message for a call back, only to be disconnected because THE VOICEMAIL BOX IS FULL is this a business?

Aaron was the MAN! He answered my phone call and then showed up at my door 15 minutes later (SAME PERSON). In less than 30 min, he changed my locks, made me new keys, and everything works so great! Professional and personable, Aaron very well represented himself and this organization - I was very impressed. Total cost was also $100 cheaper than what another local company quoted me. After being flaked on by another company these guys came to my rescue. Two other locksmiths who wouldn't quote how much it would be for their services quoted a 30 to 40 minute wait. These guys were completely upfront and honest, i was charged exactly what i was quoted after waiting only 10 minutes for them to arrive. They did all that they could to unlock my vehicle and didn't make me feel foolish for my mistake once. Don't hope tpnhave to call again but next time I need a locksmith I'm calling them first.

This was the only shop listed as open on Sundays. I tried calling 5 times during Sunday's 'Field Service' hours to get me into my house after losing my keys. I left 2 voice messages and hung up in frustration 3 other times when the call kept going to voice mail. Never answered the phone. Never called back. I'm now sleeping in my car until one of the other shops opens in the morning. Thanks a lot.

If you're going to any other businesses next door, don't be surprised when you're harassed by the guys that work here. In particular...Vertical Fusion is in the same plaza, and the Tri City Locksmith guys are absolutely creepy toward girls taking dance classes. There is minimal parking and they flipped their lid when I had to park in front of their building. If they do a good job, that's one thing. How they treat people near their business is another. Tri City Locksmith will never get ANY business from me, no matter how great of an emergency I'm in.

Drove all the way from Cheyenne to get key duplicates of my car key and my mail key. The guy ruined the lock on my door and engraved the mail keys on the wrong side. I'm f@#%ing furious.

Repinned a lock cylinder and needed a key, I was told I did it wrong, I left and Called pop a lock they verified I did it right, cut me a new key that fixed my issue. Thanks for wasting my time! Never going back!

New years day I woke up with a bent car key, my spare at home in Fort Collins, meanwhile my car was stuck in Broomfield. When I got home I discovered I had also misplaced my spare key. The car dealership claimed they could not make a new key using my VIN number and bent key because I have a chip key and that I would have to have my car towed into the dealership so that they could program the key. This, however, was not the case. When I called Tri-City, they confirmed they could make a new key for me using the bent key and would be able to program a new one just by using the chipped key. Thanks to Tri-City I not only got a new working key for my car, but I also avoided paying for a tow to a dealership. To top it all off they also threw in a key to unlock the doors for emergencies. These guys are awesome and I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!
