We were locked out of our camper at chatfield reservoir. He came out after hours - 8pm - and in a timely manner! He was very polite, quick and helpful! He was able to save the handle so we wouldn't need to replace it! I highly recommend this company!

Amazing help and very friendly. Helped me out with making new keys for my Subaru when I lost my keys. After doing the door, there were a few options for the ignition past the door cut, and Donovan went through and tried the different cuts to make sure I got the correct key for my Subaru. We worked with Kyle from Protech locks and he was wonderful. Kyle was quick, personable, affordable and made sure we were happy with the end product. We also matched up our storage key and closet key so there would only be one key to operate both. This added convenience will be very beneficial. I highly recommend Protech locks. They do automotive as well.

I can't say enough good things about Donovan and his crew. They do everything right. Communication is excellent, they are on time and have amazing, technologically, advanced-equipment. Donovan handled a very complicated project for me on a Sunday evening. It ended up taking longer than what was anticipated but he stuck with the price.

This company went out of their way to help me get my car fixed. My car wasnt able to be fixed without extra parts that couldnt be obtained until the morning. They stuck to their word and went at 8am to get the part and got my car up and running by 10:30 the next day. It wasnt an easy task for them but between Donovon, Charlie and the the lovely lady who originally helped me (sorry I didnt catch a name), they got the job done very efficiently. They looked out for lower costs on parts on my behalf and were amazing. Couldnt find a better company!

Charles and the man I spoke with on the phone (I assume the owner), whos name I didnt catch because I was in such a panic when I called, are life savers! Timely, fast, & efficient. He helped me from a far when my dog sitter locked himself out, with the dog inside. I was so relieved to know it was being handled, especially when I was so far away and couldnt help. Johnna Handboy is the best! They Have helped me twice now and the 1st time, suggested I make a spare key for lockout situations. I wish I had taken their advice because here I am a few weeks later with another lockout situation. I am impressed that Johnna tried to prevent future unconvinced for their customer, me! They were amazing! Came to where I was stranded with my keys locked in my scooter in 20 minutes. Scooters are much more difficult then regular cars, but he persisted and even made my wife a spare key on the house! If I ever have any issues with locks in the future this will be my first call.

Not only did he do that for a reasonable price, he discovered a prior mistake made by a locksmith, used it to save me money, and educated me for the future. The Denver snowstorm brought a bit of bad luck as my right-front tire went flat twice. Luckily, I made it back to my friends house where I proceeded to call AAA. Shockingly, they were here in less than a hour. As I followed the tracker, I noticed that a ProTech Locksmith was assigned to my order. For a moment, I thought customer service made a mistake......no mistake! Apparently, AAA's drivers did not want to take the call. It was a blessing in disguise! This company was dispatched by AAA when the key to our doors and ignition got stuck in our drivers side door lock. The gentleman that came (Charles) was so kind and so informative. He gave us all the information and personally texted me the info to get 2 key fobs (weve had one key to unlock the car since we bought it from a personal buyer) and spend no labor money because our car is set up to be able to accept key fobs on its own. So cool. He didnt charge us for the service of getting our key out and gave us complimentary advice of how to actually get a better lock service out of our car for extremely cheap and save us hundreds of dollars on repair services for the lock and key. AH mazing. Cant speak highly enough of this gentleman that helped us. Felt like an angel manifested to help us in a real difficult time of finances. Thank you! Thank you! Excellent customer service and most affordable way for anyone to get a replacement key for a newer vehicle. Dont get scammed at a dealer, Toyota wanted 3 times what I paid here, and learned that with an existing key that functioned the job is faster and therefore less money. Do not go to a dealer for a replacement key! Call Protech and meet him wherever you are. Thank you Donovan for such rapid service!

Jasen Bakers review is terrible. My friend and I were witness to the situation he wrote, he was completely in the wrong and almost wrecked into AAA. He was also very disrespectful and ignorant to the fact that he was in the wrong. The AAA driver was being very aware of her surroundings and people like Jasen Baker are a disgrace to this society. These employees are driving around watching TV on their tablets. I called the company to speak with a manager see if they would do anything about it. Completely ignored everything I had to say and hung up on me. What a sorry excuse for a company. I wouldn't waste my time or money on these clowns

Great service! I had my car key break off and was worried I would have to wait to get it fixed. I was working with Donovan and he was at my house within the hour to fix my key. Not only did I get a new key, but he fixed the broken one no cost so now I have a spare! Definitely recommend them
