The service provided was beyond terrible. First call was never returned. Second call was on friday and told to call back monday. Called monday and was told he would be out monday. Then promised tuesday morning...not even a call. I called tuesday pm and was promised by 2:30. He called at 2:30 and told me to call another key shop. I would never call this shop if i were you...

Great customer service and has what was needed. Had two keys made for an old motor cycle that has obscure key blanks. He made two keys for just a few dollars that worked the first time.

Me, my friend and her five year old daughter were out at union reservoir when our car keys got locked inside of the car. the service man that came out was there promptly and so kind. he had the door open within seconds. He was so great, even laughed at a few of our corny jokes. thank you so much for salvaging our day trip to the lake!

After purchasing a home, Dave came out and changed all locks on the house and installed a keypad deadbolt. He was able to respond to my request within a day, was friendly, prompt, efficient and very reasonably priced. I recommend him for your locksmithing needs.

Called to have a dead-bolt re-keyed and was told that they would be out this way this afternoon and would be stopping by to take care of us also. Their office closed at 5PM, and they never showed up- never even called. I guess I will have to take my business elsewhere.
