Mark Renshaw could not be more helpful and kind. He was able to fix my lock and correctly diagnosed that the problem had to do with 2 tiny parts inside the lock, not the lock itself. He was able to get those parts and didn't even charge me for one of the trips to Crestone. I would not hesitate to recommend him to any of my friends or neighbors. He is a GEM!!!
