This company is amazing. I was told by another company we had to replace our entire door knob and when Pueblo Lock Doc came out they quickly figured out it was just a simple fix of the lever. They could of easily charged us for unnecessary items we did not need. These guys are honest and good at their jobs. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that needs a lock fixed or installed. James and Travis did an outstanding job for me. Explained what the trouble was and proceeded to clean, lube and reassembled the lock set.Work was done on October 28th. pretty cold day and a challenging drive, called said they were going to be late due to the weather(I do appreciate the call).If your in P.W. these are your guys to call.

Sincere thanks to the Lock Doc staff. They were cordial, prompt and professional. Travis was the technician who arrived to service the door lock on my barn. Within minutes and without a big fuss, Travis was able to open the door. He showed me how the latch had been catching whether locked or unlocked. He took steps to alleviate the problem and suggested there should be no charge. I insisted on writing a check. This type of customer service is rare....actually unheard of! I strongly recommend Lock Doc. I will not hesitate to call them when issues arise with any lock: car, house or barn. They really made my day!

Travis was professional, fast, and extremely helpful. They got into my truck, made me a key for it, and on top of that they made sure the key also worked for the ignition, which they didn't have to because the ignition had been swapped to a different key. They are the best with a great response time, told me when they where on the way, and a price that is more than reasonable for their work. I HIGHLY recommend them

Thank you guys so much! I locked my keys inside my car, they were here within 5 minutes, had my car unlocked in 2 minutes (tops) and made me a spare on-site so at least I can open my door should this happen again (likely). Thank you travis, and thanks for the key, that was super nice! Well worth $45!!!

Bill, James and Travis are true professionals. They are always on time. Do great work at great prices. Travis really got me out of a jam with my motorcycle. These guys have earned my trust and you would be a fool not to use them for anything that deals with locks.

This guy is a rip off artist. We were charged $800+ to have deadbolts and door handles replaced on 4 doors. Still having issues with one of the door handles he installed. Stay away from this guy. Guaranteed that he is friends with the 5 people that gave him 5 star reviews.
