Nobody could make a copy of an old key I had until I went to the Lock Shop... he will be the first and only place to get my keys made.

Scheduled appointment to try and get antique dresser (skeleton keyed) open. Couldnt. Said he could do it with special equipment he did not have with him and would have to come back/re-schedule. He never called back. I called and left message. Did not return call. Not cool.

Said to unlock was 100 dollars. if he could do it. And 125 to make a new key for it. I agreed. He came out that day that is why he gets 2 stars. He took a total of 15 minutes to unlock the bolt. Said Very rude, that my signifigant other messed up the lock so he couldnt make a key. That he spent so much effort trying to unlock it that I owe 125 not the 100 he initially quoted. I made sure he understood his ethics suck. Further more he gets a bad review. Communicate effectively with manners would be conciderate and worth the 25 bucks to me and not a bad review. Thanks!
