I contacted Gabriel earlier during the week. We set up an appointment for Thursday to key and program two Infiniti proximity key fobs. Gabriel called to let me know he was on his way (on time as scheduled) Gabriel arrived, assessed the situation and went to work at his trade. A programming issue arose which was quickly addressed and corrected. The issue potentially could have resulted in a tow to the dealership and expense I had not anticipated. Gabriel mitigated the issue and had everything set up in minutes! If you are looking for a professional who responds quickly, is skilled and responds and arrives as scheduled, look no further! I had no trouble making an appointment for a locksmith to replace the locks after we moved onto our new home.As promised, Gabriel called 30 minutes to alert of his impending arrival. He was able to quickly clarify which locks were safest and price spectrum. Unfortunately, the previous owners had lost several keys so we were forced to replace deadbolts entirely, not just replacing the locks. But Gabriel completed this in a very efficient manner. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and everything was completed very quickly. Highly recommend.

Im giving this review because people need to realize the quality of materials used. The locksmith came promptly, did a quick job and was reasonable. A year after the installation of the deadbolt installed the flimsy tin housing crumpled, ripped and now the whole bolt is spinning, effectively broken and not useable. Of course I didnt realize it until the lock failed and they only give a 90 day guarantee. I thought paying a locksmith would have given me the assurance of a secure quality installation. Im off to Home Depot to do the repair myself.

I called All American Locksmiths to have a new lock re-keyed, and one hour later Gabriel was at my door. He was very pleasant and professional, and his fees were very reasonable. Within a few minutes my lock was re-keyed and I was a happy camper. I asked Gabriel if he could enlarge a hole in my door to accommodate the new lock. Gabriel showed me that the lock was designed with a removable sleeve for exactly that kind of installation problem. He could have easily charged me for enlarging the hole, and I never would have known that wasn't necessary. It is refreshing to see that kind of honesty and integrity these days. I highly recommend All American Locksmiths to anyone in need of a friendly, knowledgeable, and honest local locksmith. I will definitely use All American Locksmiths again!
