I got a copies made of the sidewinder key for the 2019 Jeep Wrangler JL. The owner was extremely friendly and went the extra mile to find the correct blanks to use. It turns out that one can use FIAT key blanks. This fella is AAAAAA++++++++. Do business with confidence!--> Andrew

This guy is very rude. Only reason we let him stay was because our front door was not locking and we needed it done right away. We will never call this place again. We have another door with the same problem but will be taking our business elsewhere to people that are good with people. You do not have to worry about me ever calling you again believe that. When I called I honestly thought it would be at least an hour, but the man on the phone told me about 20 mins. Ive never locked myself out of my car before, rough morning. 14 mins later I had someone at my house helping me and maybe 3-4 mins after that I was sitting in my car heading to work. Been having problems for the last couple of days trying to get into my car I call this guy one time, he was here within 15 minutes, fixed my locks less than 10 minutes in and out no problems didn't over charge fair price for excellent service I recommend AAA&B Locksmith to anyone having problems with their locks 24-hour service can't beat that LITERALLY!!! Locksmith answered the call first thing in the morning and was able to be onsite within a couple of hours. All locks changed quickly and efficiently. Only issue was that the price almost doubled, despite my getting a specific quote on the phone for 4 locks - the knob and the dead bolt. He said it was 8 locks once he was on site. Said he didn't remember me mentioning them, but I'm rather detail-oriented, I know I did, very specifically. The dead bolts are also easier to change than the knobs, but he up-charged for each deadbolt - doubling the price 'per door'. It definitely felt like as soon as he saw a woman that he felt he could jack up his rates. If I wasn't in a time crunch, I would have used a different company. However, the end result was that all the locks were changed quickly and correctly, but definitely for a premium price. Make sure you get a detailed quote and repeat with details to confirm to avoid any miscommunication.

Bryant provided awesome service! Called him a little before 9 and my car was unlocked by 9:30am. He was the fourth person to try and retrieve my keys that were locked and my car and the only one to pull the truck lack (my keys were in my truck), 1 minute into the service and DONE! Honestly the most impressive and quickest service in the area.

HORRIBLE service- Key fob to my truck stopped working while I was out running errands. Called around 1 pm was told 300$ and a technician would be calling me back. Technician called and said he couldn't get to me until around 5. I said I couldn't do that because my daughter needs to be locked up from school an hour away at 4 or so. He said okay I'll be there around 3 and we will have you all set. After waiting two hours he calls at 3:18 and says you might want to get in your other car and go pick your daughter up I'm not gonna be there for a while. UNACCEPTABLE! purposely had me wait in hopes of me being stranded as well as my daughter now being stranded. Will be filing a complaint with the BBB as well.
