Google maps has apparently automatically changed my settings and it interferes with everywhere I go even when I don't put something in the GPS to ask for directions, it knows where I'm at and it's intruding as hell. I have to find a way to turn it off. I did not mean mean to leave a bad review for True Value These guys at this hardware store are incredible, they have everything, they are right near my house, they're friendly as can be, there's really nothing that they could do to improve this place, they've got it all going on. You need anything you go there if they don't have it they can probably tell you where to find it but I've never had that happen (I'm a busy guy) but they're that kind of people that I bet you they could tell you where to go find it if they didn't have it. They are just that good!!

Prices are reasonable and the staff is very helpful. When you need an oddball item that the big box stores don't have you can usually find it here. A bonus is that they have a really good selection of hot sauces - go figure.

The staff is unbelievably helpful and trained. Prefer to patronize small businesses- without a doubt, our go to. If they don't have exactly what we think we need, they have an alternative. Great place.

STAFF DO NOT WEAR MASKS. Mask was not fully covering the MANAGERS face. When confronted, the manager was very rude and claimed we should stay home if were that afraid. Contacted the owner of this store, and he defended her. Saying everyone was at a breaking point with the masks and claiming people were being rude to the associates for not wearing masks. It just seems that would be avoided if they would wear them in the first place. This store clearly doesnt care too much about their customers or the healthcare workers who have to take care of the people they get sick, considering theyre willing to expose them to this virus. Notice how they have a mandatory mask policy on their front door, yet dont care when their employees dont follow it. If the manager and the owner of the store dont care about this rule, how do you expect the rest of your employees to follow it? Very unprofessional, disorganized, and selfish store. I will be contacting the CDC and will not be returning to this store. You can get your own family sick, but when you start putting the public in danger, especially when we walk into your store trusting its a clean environment, youre crossing the line.Response: I find it very interesting that Jason had nothing besides excuses for their employees not only speaking to your customers rudely, but putting them at risk for contracting this virus. Peoples families are dying and your manager has the audacity to treat it like a game. If youre that afraid, you should stay home were the exact words that came from her mouth. You can absolutely claim you care for your customers, but how can you say you care for them when youre allowing your employees to expose them to this virus and let them bring it home to their families? A lot of us have elderly and high risk family members and cannot afford to get them sick. Ill be more than happy to take my business to Home Depot, where they actually do wear masks and dont have young, rude, and arrogant teenagers working as a manager to the store.

Needed to do repairs on my daughter's bathroom sink drain. Took the EXISTING drain parts into the store, spent over 20 minutes with a sales person as he put together the parts I needed, but they ended up being the wrong size. Went to the orange monster, spent 10 minutes picking out the parts myself, and they fit.Sorry guys.

I hope the managers read these reviews. I come to this store quite frequently because you have everything that I need. Your level of service is beyond expectations. I must say that one specific young man named Michael always stands out to me. He is a very respectful young man who offers to carry items out to my vehicle for me and I am a veteran and he always makes a point to thank me for my service to our country. Was having a problem that home depot couldnt help with so i called a plumbing supply store. They couldn't help but recommended true value.Called them and talked to Steve. He was very knowledgeable and kind, even told me what aisle the part was on and said someone would help when i arrived. Appreciate that!

When it when it comes to getting the job done and knowing what it actually takes nobody is a big box store is going to give you the personal attention and have the professional know-how that the people of the family owned and operated True Value in Prices Corner does. They have a very friendly staff is extremely informative and eager to help in my opinion I'd rather pay a couple cents more and support a local family owned small business then some big box chain any day of the week to do something favor check out these guys True Value

Very helpful staff. They can solve any problem if you show them a photo or explain to them exactly what is going on.Small enough that someone will spend.an hour with you over a $2.00 part to fix your problem.Glues. They have every glue that you ever would need. Tell them the material you are using and what you want it to do.I am.an experienced craftsman and I go there to get ideas on how to fix problems.May I suggest you ask for one of the longer term employees, they get better the longer they are there and staff rarely changes.

My first experience was very positive. I placed a bulk order online of sawdust logs as ship-to-store. The order was ready within the 8 business day estimate (given the holidays, they were fast). The staff was extremely friendly and even helped me load the logs into my car. The store was small, but clean and well stocked. I would highly recommend this location to others.

Great local hardware store. Actually has a hardware section where I found the stainless steel nut, bolts and washers I needed for a project and different blades for different saws that I also needed. Very helpful staff, no one letting walk around lost like the big warehouse places

Best customer service ever...if you're looking for any advice when it comes to home projects, these guys are the best, they don't avoid you like employees do at home depot/Lowes and they know what they're talking about. Products on average are a few dollars more, but I'll gladly pay it to deal with employees who are helpful!
