Another 5 Mile Production

After calling a few companies who weren't sure they could perform the task of replacing an old cylinder style lock on a safe to an electronic lock... I called Boca Security who said it wouldn't be an issue. Lucio the service technician arrived promptly and masked. He installed the new lock in about 30 mins or so. Then he went on to explain to me in great detail how to perform the programing. I couldn't be happier. It's not very often that you have such a great service company. Definitely my go-to locksmith!

I don't give out 5 star reviews often, very few.. but this local business has terrific people working here.. Went in today to get a key fob programed for my car.. Fob was programmed in minutes, but the Key took several attempts to get it right.. wasn't their fault, probably the 3rd party seller that I bought it from.. They spent the time and got it done..SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS!!

Purchased safe they came to install and after 5 weeks and now my safe is loaded , someone came in and stole the safe - it was not bolted to the cement floor- the thieves came and left with the 400 lb safe in and out in 10 minutes, they were watching our home for an opportunity to rob us when we were not home- the warranty for the safe said if it was stolen it would be replaced - well after contacting the manufacturer I was told I have to return the safe before it could be replaced ! I gave up . Every one I have told about this say its an inside job but we have no proof no prints Gloves and hoodies involved

Ive known the Prestis for a really long time. Ive been using their services because keys made by Home Depot just arent reliable. Jay Presti went above and beyond making a cheap key I bought from Amazon work for my car. I should have purchased a key directly through them and now I know. Jay really worked hard on it and didnt have to. Every time I go there I can see their customer service is A++. The products they sell and the handcrafted keys are the highest quality. Im super glad they have been there for years providing the same consistent excellent service. In this day and age where big box takes over almost everything its so nice to have a mom and pop place that just consistently gets it so right.

My ebike has a built-in lock and key to protect the battery from theft. I broke the key off in the lock and you can imagine this is a rare job for a locksmith. I called a competitor nearby and when I told them it was a bicycle they said, 'Oh no we don't do that.' The guys at Boca Security Center were unphased by the situation and soon had the key stub removed from the lock and new keys made. They were friendly and courteous and I thought the charge was reasonable. So, I'm glad I can help them keep a perfect review record.

Great Service! I definitely reccomend Boca Security Center & Locksmith. I recently moved into my new apartment and only had one key to it. This morning I forgot my key as I was racing out the door to get to work. So before work I quickly looked up a locksmith on google and gave them a call since I knew this place beforehand to get keys made. I called and explained I accidentally locked myself out of my new apartment ( being a bit embarrassed ) and the gentlemen over the phone was very nice and helpful with getting me a service call at the time that was convenient for me. Upon on time arrival Brett was very professional and friendly. He went right to it and after a few mins he was able to unlock my front door. No damage to the door knob or anything. Then he offered to make me some extra keys which saved me time and money at no cost! I was extremely happy! The service cost was fair and I was glad to have them help me with my situation. Hopefully it doesnt happen again but if so I will be calling them again. Thank you!!

Chris is extremely knowledgeable and can answer any question asked of him. Kyle is very efficient and hard working as well. They were both very polite, friendly, professional, and got the job done! I would trust them with any service. Their prices are very competitive and they never charge unnecessary fees or try and sell you something you don't need. This company and its staff are the way to go!

Amazing service! Keys are always, I mean ALWAYS dead on accurate. No 'lets pull it out a hair and try turning it' methods.. Most friendly staff ever. I've had multiple keys made from them and will never go anywhere else. Keys are HQ and seem to be stronger than ones I've had made at other places before I knew about Boca Security. I had two Nissan Sentra keys made here and are flawless, which is using the brand ilco. I actually prefer them over my factory keys. I like dealing with the guy Lenny with the tattoos the most. He is awesome to work with.You will not be disappointed.
