For those of you who have called for service at your home, you know that answering the phone, providing correct information and showing up when they say they will show can be an issue. Not with Fishler Locksmith. They pick up, provide accurate information on a problem, troubleshoot it properly and (most importantly) show up when they say they will. Amit was at my door during the time slot they provided.The work was done very well and quite promptly. A fair quote was provided and we were satisfied with the outcome. The technician was very knowledgeable and professional. He was on time, responded within an hour of the call. Fixed my front door lock which was frozen and could not open the door. I was sure I needed a new lock and he told me that a new lock was not necessary the one that was on the door just needed repair. Who does that these days? He could have sold me a whole new lock an padded the bill but he did not. He also fixed the lock on my glass sliding door. I will only use him in the future as I was impressed with his job quality, his friendliness, his honesty and his integrity. Excellent company.

Very unprofessional... failed to follow up with me regarding repair of my patio screen door. I had to contact his wife on two occasions to determine if he could perform repairs! Ultimately Fishler could not perform the repair.I would have appreciated if he could have given me a call to state so! In the boot he charged me $50 for a service appointment which I paid!!!I also asked Fishler to have impact windows installed in my bedroom, of course he never gave me a response or referral!I HOPE HE GETS IT TOGETHER BECAUSE I WILL NEVER REFER HIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE!!! Emile and the people at Fishler are amazing. Emile came the same day as we called for an estimate and did the repairs on the spot in minutes. He replaced the rollers and cleaned the tracks on our old, very heavy sliding door.Now it glides perfectly and is like new. We struggled for years with this door and thought we had to have it replaced...all it needed was the new rollers. While he was here, Emile readjusted the hinges on the front door and now it closes without getting stuck. Emile was kind and polite, quick, prompt and very reasonably priced. I would highly recommend Fishler.
