Husband went to buy some screws. Was standing in line to checkout and they served the person in front and back of him. Husband said guess you dont want my business because you served person in front and back of me and he started to walk away when they thanked him. Lol Guess they dont want our business so wont be going back.

Dealt with the owner on a LS tractor package. Bush hog, box blade, bale spear, and bucket. Beat the hell out of the other tractor sales places. It was nice to give the business belonging to a small business man who cares about his customers.

I wanted to update this as it's been awhile since I have done so. This store continues to respect customer service. Even though there have been several employee changes recently, the managers of this store seem to put customer satisfaction first. Ed, the service manager, went out of his way to correct a problem I had recently. Great place to shop!Previous comment:I purchase all of my parts for my lawn equipment from these people. Yes, you may pay a little more than you do from someone online but the advise they offer when purchasing parts far makes up for that. The only improvement that I think would make this place better is if the rental equipment wasn't in the main part of the store. It's kind of confusing as to sales vs rental where they are located. Employees are very helpful, would give them higher than 5, if possible!

Best hardware store in town, primarily because the store is so clean and organized. It makes it easier to navigate. Super service from all the employees. I have yet to need something from there and not find it. I also have bought a lawnmower there as well as a chainsaw, both transactions were great. Highly recommend.

Shop here frequently but the attitude of the girl working in the small engine parts is horrible ! When you have to deal with her either on the phone or in person she acts like your stupid and she knows everything. I have a collage degree in auto mechanics and another in small engine repair. Ask her for a part she has to look it up god for bid she has to do her job. A older fellow employee asked her a simple question and she gave him a dirty look and insted of answering the question she said duh whay do you think. Poor man. This type of problem has happend on several occasions. Piss poor attitude.

Their prices are competitive and often less than Rural King and Tractor Supply for fencing needs and wants.Thank you guys!

All you hear from the employees ' welcome, how may I help you....... Oh we don't carry that.' The Bathtub faucet broke at my house. I wasted my time and went to Lowery True Value. While I was in there, I was approached by an employee. I described my faucet to him. He told me that kind of faucet does not exist. He informed me that he has been in the faucet business for over 40 years. (Guess he was not good at that hence the reason he is still working after 40 years and not retired). After looking in the Delta faucet parts book, I pointed out the part to him....... by the why they don't carry the part. I won't waste my time at this store, I will take the long drive to the big stores. There employees aren't any better but at least they have what you are looking for. Oh yea, and for a reasonable price.

On a recent trip to N.C. I found myself stranded with blown bearings on a 25 foot boat trailer. Lance and the crew at LDL were extremly knowledgable and worked quickly and efficiently to get me back on the road again, and at a fair price. The store was clean, well stocked, and they had all the necessary parts to perform a quality repair. I normally don't write reviews, but was so impressed with the work, I felt it necessary to let others know what a tremendous job they did for me. Would highly recommend them.
