Today Zach came out to fix my parents front door that they could not get to lock/unlock with their keys. Zach was super helpful and professional. I should have read some of the reviews here before allowing them to work on my front door lock. I had a front door lock that stopped working and needed keys, so I stopped by the store yesterday, showed them pictures of the lock. The guy at the counter said service call is $65 and $16.50 each for 2 new keys. So I was expecting a bill around $125 to $150. This morning Zach shows up around 9.30am and he was able to get the lock working and make keys within the first hour. The lock needed some cleaning and lubrication to work. Then he spent the next 2.5 hours working on the inside handle, he called the office and another truck showed up with an older gentleman and they took off the lock and put it back in multiple times, so at this time I knew that they are just spending time. Finally, I saw the bill for $305.49 to make two keys for the front door lock and lubricate the lock, the lock did not needed any fixing, so this is beyond ridiculous. I had to cancel all my morning appointments and spend over 3 hours and I am not sure if my inside handle will come off again.

I would give them -10 Stars if possible. Unethical tactics and underhanded business practices. They give you one price for their service call then when they show up it's another price. The owner who could care less and had a bad attitude stated that 7 miles is too far although he knew our address at the initial call. Nothing but lies and BS. I do not recommend this company unless you want to get gouged and ripped off.

Went here to get some keys made for my Keyport key holder because it was recommend I have my blanks cut by an actual locksmith and not at one of the big box stores. The employees were friendly and quick. It was maybe $0.50 more than the big box stores and I knew my keys would be cut correctly. Definitely coming here again. They also sell other things like guns, safes, and hidden drawers.

Called to get a price for cutting a new key and was asked a few questions about my vehicle and key, but I guess Will forgot to ask if it was a double security key which turns out to be the most important thing about it. Got there and instead of the $7.50 quoted over the phone the price was $48.00. They have good service just make sure you double check the price before driving there.

These guys dont even deserve one star.These people are frauds, cheaters, total ripoff. They take advantage of the desperate situation the customer is, and they know very well to exploit the customers. The initial quote to replace my business door lock was $ 140. When the technician actually arrived, he said the price would be $ 200 with which I agreed. After another 10 minutes, the technician said that more pieces were missing and that the job would be $ 325. I was not happy but I told him to proceed. when he finally completed his job, he handed me an invoice of $ 454.ALERT: STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE
