Dennis just came and saved me! My daughter was locked in my car at 711 the car was on with ac so I knew she wasnt in any immediate danger but I was still terrified and I called him and he showed up in less than 5 min! He then patiently waited til someone could get there and help me pay for it Im very thankful for Dennis today call him if you need help hes the man!

My friend locked herself out of her home on July 4th. She called a local locksmith company, AAA Locksmith and got an immediate response. David, the son of this father/son business, got my friend back in her home in short order, but went further by recommending and providing a keypad lock which only requires that my friend remember the code to get into her home, should she ever be locked out again. And all this on a national holiday! I give this business a five star rating

Aaa Locksmith was able to come out to my business and rekey my lock. While they were willing to help me the job they did was poor! after having them rekey my business the lock was spinning leaving me unable to lock or unlock my business. Had to call another company to come out and fix it. Thanks for coming out and willing to help but now I had to pay twice for a job that coulda been done right the first time.

Wow not what I was expecting. Had to drill the door and leave a huge mess with still needing to do work to put a lock in. The price I thought was very steep also. Will never make that mistake again.

I locked myself out of my house and called a little before 8 am. They told me that they would have someone at my house in 20-25 minutes. I called back after 45 minutes and I was told that someone was on the way. After 2 hours, I called another company that come out in less than 30 minutes. It has now been 3 hours since I called AAA and still haven't received a call back and nobody ever showed up.

Always Trouble

I did not have service from this company, but I did have interaction with Dave. He nearly blew through a red light, when I honked he honked back aggressively, then made sure to come up aside me and roll his window down to flick me off. I called him since his number was on the side of his car and he immediately called me a dousche because I number was blocked. I asked why is he so mad that I honked when he was attempting to blow through the red light and he replied cursing at me. Definitely not professional. I honestly wouldn't have written this review if he wouldn't have decided to be so aggressive with his driving and making a point to come up beside me and make sure I saw him flick me off. I can believe the reviews I read where he was rude and over charged.. I think he would have to over charge in order to have any money, but clearly no repeat customers, only customers out of desparation...

I Was locked out my house this past weekend early evening and Dennis and David came out promptly, they drilled out my lock and Replaced it with a even better lock then they rekeyed my entire house, since I lost my key . Husband called this Sunday quoted $80 and someone would be there in 30 minutes. We got a garbled message that we couldn't understand, called the number back and it went to voice mail 20 plus times, recalled the AAA number talked to same person who took first call and said he would get in touch with the person coming out..20 calls later to both numbers....no one even called back....YES I HAVE THE RIGHT COMPANY and it sucks....called another locksmith and they quoted me $20 less and were there in 20 minutes...A Locksmith services took great care of us after we were left hanging......

I didn't expect to pay $100 for a 2 minute job... $40 or $55 would have been reasonable.. I guess thats why AAA Locksmith is certified to break into cars an rob the people legally.

A big shout out to AAA Locksmith. I recently was caring for one of my client's home and the cylinder inside the lock broke when I attempted to enter the property. Being after 5:00, I thought there was no hope. While searching Google, I noticed AAA was open 24 hours.
