The price of the standard metal key is extremely expensive. Less than $5.00 at Walmart, $29.00 here. Not paying attention to the kiosk to what I was purchasing is my own fault. I thought I was purchasing a Chip Key, so $29.00 would have been an excellent price, but by not seeing I was purchasing a standard metal key, I paid way to much.Before final checkout, they offer you an additional key for $14.00, which I ordered. Upon receiving the key(s) in the mail, they only sent one key. I called them and spoke to Jenny, a very friendly and knowledgeable representative. She apologized, credited my account for the cost of a key and gave me a code to input into the kiosk for a free key. Great customer service, just to expensive for standard metal keys.Tim York
