I had the worst day of my life, lost keys, locked car, not at home! Cant find them anywhere, made a mistake calling a different locksmith to unlock my car just to find out my Keys werent in there. Didnt know who to call or what to do, called different locksmiths and either got a we cant make a key for your car or $170+ dollars. Ended up calling autozone to refer me to a locksmith which they did and thats how I met the most amazing persistent locksmith with fair rates out there, Englewoods very own Englewood lock and key the prices were fair, but beyond that the customer service was through the roof. Ive never met anyone who was so persistent in helping and trying to get the problem solved, the machine wasnt cutting the key correctly for my car and she drove all the way down to north port, past normal businesses hours and stayed out till 9pm to get me the keys. I ended up getting spare keys which usually would run you $50 extra per key for my specific vehicle that is (2013 Hyundai Sonota base model) no transcoder key required, the initial key was $99 which was more than a fair price. And a service call is usually $70 dollars. She ended up coming to me, staying late to get the job done and not charging me a service call or for the extra key copies I ended up getting. This customer service was beyond what I expected and as stressed out as I was I fully without a shadow of a doubt will go to her only from here on out for any of my lock and key needs. 10/5 stars for this amazing human being!

Would not even come out to look at my boat. Told me they don't do boats. For goodness sake it's a glass sliding door just like my house. Therefore I am a single woman my Stateroom is all the way to the bow. Anyone could slip in and be on me like a duck on a June bug.Because of this company I sleep very lightly. Fair and fast service. They saved me 310.00 bucks. I lost my keys and the dealership wanted to charge me 180.00 for the key and 100.00 to program it! I needed two keys and they wouldnt give me break so I called Englewood Lock and Key and she said sure we can help. They sold me the key and programmed it all for $150 the second key could be programmed by the car so they didnt charge me for programming, just for the key. In total I spent 250.00 bucks instead of 560.00 at the dealership. They have earned my trust and future business! ~JT

Incredible place and people, very nice people and have a 'can do' attitude. It seems they can do just about anything for locks and keys. Today, they made me a computer generated original key on their incredible key cutting machine that matches the new key to the Chrysler key code from 21 years ago. The key fits perfectly! The old original keys were worn out. It's a really cool place!

Very nice people, ability to make keys for almost anything with a key. Way better price for chip key programming than any dealership. Also have items for safety or hide a key storage. Thank you...see ya again sometime.

These guys were very helpful. Most key prices are inexpensive but beware if your car key has a chip in it...it could be expensive. Just ask how much.

Very bad attitude we had a key made for our work truck he asked us to come back next time with the truck so he could try it. I said we can't get the truck in the parking lot, its to long with the trailer 'just pull in and block it he said' when we came back he got in my face saying what the F are you doing? Then asked who made this key? You did I said! Your blocking my whole parking lot is all he kept saying! Then put the key in the lock trying to make it work, when it would not turn. I just took my keys and left as I said very bad attitude! Stay away!
