The worst service ever. I wouldnt recommend this place ever. They dont communicate I have to call to know whats going on. They set an appointment 3-4pm and its an hour and a half after that. The dispatcher is rude. It seems like the business doesnt care. Its really sad in a way. The dispatchers cant get a hold of the technicians. Its HORRIBLE SERVICE. If I have an appointment and the tech is going to b late they should have the decency to call. They dont even deserve 1 Star.

Called them and responded to my house promptly within 20 minutes. Opened my car door with ease and then offered to help fix the lock additionally with no extra charge. This is the third time this happened to me and now they have went the extra mile to ensure that this will not happen to me again. I appreciate their help and will definitely contact them again for any lock or car related concern. Thank you!

Horrible service. Told me 30 minutes and it took almost 2 hours. Never gave me a quote on price and over priced a simple lockout more than 120$. It was the Naples technician and he did not follow directions well I literally had to walk a quarter mile to walk him through his left and rights. Was a nice guy but really taking advantage of customers instead being of good service. Wish I had better things to say. Do not use this service!

The technician not only did not make the replacement keys for my car, but damaged it and it was towed away to the dealer. It happened right before the Christmas. I was left without any food over the Christmas and my two kittens were in different city alone, for no one has the keys to my home, where I am in the process of moving. No car rental was available over the Christmas. Cats were left hungry for days. I called and called and called the the owner. He promised to call back after he talks to technician. I am still waiting. ...

My wife was locked out of her car so she checked prices on website and they seemed reasonable. Locksmith called back and said they were close, did the job then handed her a bill for over $200. If we knew the price we would have called someone else. They are expensive and the prices on their website are misleading (they give you a range of $47-228 but then charge the highest amount).

Avi was swift to return our call. He gave us a 30 minute ETA and arrived exactly 30 minutes later. He was most professional, even humorous and quickly got us unlocked and permanently repaired so our door would not accidentally lock by itself again. This is a horrible fake company they told me one price over the phone and the technician appears on a regular vehicle so unprofessional and charge me more than 3 times the original price for a job that is not done. !!!!!!!!!!!!! I went to their office this morning to talk to the boss,But it was nobody there. So I decide to go to the one in Fort Myers and guess what it was nobody there either, the door have a diferente name (Gulf costal locksmith)I call 4 times and they hang up the phone on me.Very rude.
