If you ever need assistance 24 hrs or not, go to them! Great service, friendly and helpful, they came through tonight at 1am when my boyfriend and I found ourselves stranded by a store. His key stopped working it seemed to be an issue with the honda immobilizer/ key fob and they came out and created a new key for him and it worked! We're extremely thankful!

The only word I can use to describe their services is:UnprofessionalThis afternoon I came to the store looking to purchase a remote for my car and have them program it. First they tell me the technician is NOT on site and that I should wait for his arrival.After 20 min of wait, they give me the option of leaving my car and they will call me once the job is completed. I agreed to that and left the car.Almost 4 hours later after no call received I called them and they simply said that unfortunately the technician had not been there YET and that the job is not done.Picked up my car and left without any work done nor an apology.

These guys are the best!! Juan was very helpful and personable. I walked in with an old car I recently purchased. The car had the trunk locked and its two front doors not locking and unlocking properly. In no time I was out of there with no more worries and everything working like a charm. The price was very reasonable too. Highly recommend!

Short Summary : They did the job, and that's it. Everything else around is making sure I'm not going back.Long Summary : I called to ask if they could make a copy of my key. The man who answered the phone was rude and seemed to have no interest in talking to me. When I asked for prices he told it to me and then hung up. They were the cheapest prices compared to the other five places I called. I called him again to make sure the price was $130, and he said 'I told you this already, it's $130'. I decided since they were near me and were the cheapest that I would go. I arrive and the owner walks out the door, I am left waiting for about 25 minutes. But the secretary was nice to me and attentive. When he arrived back he told me the price was $150 without tax. I was annoyed that the price changed as another person offered the job for cheaper, but I already waited and was here so I decided to do it. They were able to make a copy of the key and as of today it has been working so they did accomplish the job. When he was finished he told me to wait a little because his car blocked me in. I then waited five minutes. Perhaps he was having a bad day or something else was wrong, but the next time I am going to look for a key copy or locksmith needs, it's going to be a while before I consider this one again.

I have used Majestic Locksmith on different of occassions. Locked out of car, locked out of my house, as well as re-keyed my locks at home. I totally trust them and I have total confidenance in them. If they give you a time of arrival they are there at that time or very close to the appointment time. Best customer service. In time of my need I would rather wait for them then take a chance on calling another locksmith even if they offer to come sooner - I will wait for Majestic. I recommend them highly.

Called and spoke to John, and described my need to him. He made an appointment for this afternoon. When I arrived, he was swamped but said he would be with me in 15 minutes. Ten minutes later he was working on my new key pod for my 2005 Honda. It works perfectly, and he charged me less than 1/3 the dealer cost. Can't thank you enough, John. Really appreciate it.

I call the company to install a smart loock and they tell me the wreck installed, they arrive and start installing it and it does not work correctly and they wanted to charge me for the installation without working correctly, I told them how to pay for something that does not work, and they charge me $ 45.00 by service, then the owner calls me to my cell and I disagree and I said sorry I was not paying for a non-correct service and followed me, I give a star that does not get deserved for disrespect to the client
