Recently, my mother in law moved in to my building. My best friend and I were helping her get settled in. We were scrambling to find a locksmith that would be able to copy this one particular antique key. Charlie from General mobile locksmith went above and beyond the Call of Duty. You see, my friend and I are disabled. Charlie was very accommodating to us and our needs. He worked tirelessly trying to assistance us and would not give up until that one key had been duplicated. Because the key was so old, the process took a long time to complete. When the key was done, Charlie was nice enough to bring the key to my home. Never have I ever dealt with a person with such a big heart and could have charged me a lot. And rightfully so. Single soon to be mother changing a back lock I was quoted for... he came and I made a comment about I wish I could get the front one done but I will have to wait.. not expecting anything. And he did it out of the kindness of his heart took him barley any time. I tell you the story so you see the type of person he is. Although he does most of his work on-site out of his van, I went to Charlies address on google maps to make copies of a key to open my front cypher door lock in the event of a dead battery. Charlie made me two perfect copies in less than 2 minutes. Not surprising; he makes 600 keys a week working 24/7. Reliable, affordable and efficient!

Charlie was amazing we called him to help us out with our Safe on a Friday afternoon and Saturday afternoon he was knocking our door to help us unlock it. He was extremely professional, prompt and knowledgable, best of all we locked the safe by mistake again after he had been trying to get it open for almost 20 minutes and he unlocked it once more free of charge even though he had to start all over again. This locksmith was amazing!! Keys where locked in the car with a/c on and my 1 year old in her seat. Called him and in 5 mins he was at our house.
